Superior customer service and the ability to lead, train & direct employees is a must. Warehouse experience involving receiving and distributing product is needed. Forklift experience is required. Must be neat in appearance, enjoy working with the public and be a team player. Position requires multitasking and the ability to be flexible to work in both the store and warehouse on a daily basis.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is required and experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Position is full-time and requires availability to work all shifts including nights and weekends. Pay is $13-$16 DOE. These kids are experiencing mental health and/or behavioral issues and are at imminent risk of psychiatric placement outside of their community. The successful candidate will prepare Individualized Service Plans (ISP) that address presenting problems, goals, progress, planned services, and the person responsible for each service or action step. Monitor behavior and progress in relation to the ISP for each FCSA client. The family atmosphere of these homes helps these children avoid the stigmatization that often accompanies youth living in an institutional setting. FCSA staffs these homes with dedicated, caring employees who provide unconditional therapeutic care and supervision of up to five youth per home. We are currently seeking Youth Counselors to assist us with this mission in Wasilla, AK.
