Oct 11 Palmer Police received the report of a past theft of $100. The case is open and investigation ongoing.

Oct. 11 Palmer Police arrested Diana Flanigan, age 63 of Palmer, on a $100.00 warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Providing False Information / False Report and a $50.00 warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference with an original charge of Drunk on Licensed Premises. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

Oct. 12 Palmer Police arrested Dustin L. Helmandollar, age 32 of Sutton, for Felony Driving Under the Influence and Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the Fourth Degree. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

Oct. 13 Palmer Police arrested Matthew Buckalew, age 30 of Palmer on a $150.00 warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Indictment Hearing with an original of Criminal Mischief 3, Five Counts of Violating Conditions of Release for a Felony and Four Counts of Violating Conditions of Release for a Misdemeanor. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

Oct. 13 Palmer Police began an investigation involving a 14- year-old male trespassing at Palmer High School. On October 13, 2021, a charge of Trespass 2 was forwarded to the Division of Juvenile Justice.

Oct. 13 Palmer Police responded to the area of W. Arctic Ave. & S. Alaska St. for a report of a two vehicle collision. Investigation determined a white 2008 Buick Enclave operated by Megan R. Rindal, age 17 of Palmer, struck the rear end of a white 2019 Hyundai Accent operated by Michael W. Yunker, age 32 of Palmer. Rindal was issued a citation for Driver to Exercise due Care to Avoid Collision. No injuries were reported.

Oct. 13 Palmer Police forwarded charges to the District Attorney’s Office against Tristan R. Ragsdale, age 26 of Palmer, for Criminal Trespass 2, Theft 4 and Violation of Conditions of Release.

Oct. 14 Palmer Police arrested Benjamin R. Symons, age 31 of Wasilla, for Fraudulent Use of an Access Device and Violation of Conditions of Release on an original Felony charge of Assault in the Third Degree. Symons was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held with no bail per the bail schedule.

Oct. 15 Palmer Police charged Nicholas T. White, age 35 of Palmer, with Vehicle Theft 1 and Criminal Trespass 2.

Oct. 16 Palmer Police arrested Aaron L. Solomon, age 35 of Anchorage, for Driving Under the Influence. Solomon released to a responsible party.

Oct. 18: Palmer Police arrested Joshua Fletcher, age 34 of Wasilla, on a $1,000.00 warrant for Failure to Remand with 25 days to serve, Original Charge of DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

Oct. 20: Palmer Police issued a Summons to Chad J. Cameron, age 27 of Palmer, for Misuse of Vehicle Registration.

Oct. 20: Palmer Police responded to the intersection of Palmer-Wasilla Highway and West Rowland Memorial Way for a motor vehicle collision blocking the intersection. Officers cleared the intersection and identified the drivers as Elizabeth Winter, age 55 of Palmer, and Nikolaus A. Nagel, age 18 of Palmer. Minor injuries were reported, but medical treatment was declined at the scene.

Oct. 20: Palmer Police received a report from Justin C. Bills, age 21 of Palmer, that an emergency backpack and sunglasses totaling approximately $700.00 was stolen from his vehicle in the area of East Auklet Street and North Valley Way.

Oct. 21: Palmer Police arrested Madison P. O’Hare, age 18 of Palmer, for MICS 4. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and held with no bail. Additionally, a report of MICS 4 was forwarded to the Division of Juvenile Justice against a 14-year-old female.

Oct. 22: Palmer Police issued Darla L. Posey, age 24 of Palmer, a summons for Criminal Trespass in the 2ND Degree.

Oct. 23 Palmer Police arrested Jessy M. J. Scott, age 18 of Palmer, for Assault in the 3rd Degree. Scott was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held on no bail.

Oct. 23 Palmer Police issued a Summons to TERRA R. STALEY, age 44 of Wasilla, for Driving While License Suspended.

Oct. 23 Crystal N. Bostwick, age 60 of Palmer, reported theft of her belongings from her residence. Investigation continues.
