Palmer Police Department
Feb. 26 Palmer Police Department charged Dylan J. Jordan, age 26 of Anchorage, with Driving While License Revoked. Charges were forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office.
Feb. 25 Palmer Police issued a Summons to Brian E. McPherson, age 26 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence.
Feb. 24 Palmer Police issued a Summons to Rebecca A. Bourque, age 39 of Palmer, for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree.
Feb. 24 Palmer Police issued a Summons to Timothy W. Mills, age 49 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence.
Feb. 24 Palmer Police issued a Summons to Dalton E. Sanderlin, age 18 of Palmer, for Reckless Driving.
Feb. 23 Palmer Police issued a Summons to Rebecca A. Bourque, age 39 of Palmer, for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree.
Feb. 22 Palmer Police Department Summonsed Bobbie M. Jones, age 32 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence. Jones was issued a Summons and released to a sober party.
Feb. 22 Palmer Police arrested Lucas C. Barone, age 29 of Palmer, on a $500.00 arrest warrant issued for Violating Conditions of Release on the Original Charge of Burglary in the Second Degree. Barone was remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial.
Alaska State Troopers
Feb. 7 Alaska State Troopers, Palmer Post, conducted a traffic stop on 1999 Cadillac sedan on Knik Goose Bay Road near S. Partch Road for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed the driver, Jacob Riggs, age 22 of Wasilla, was operating the vehicle with a suspended license with previous violations. Further investigation revealed Riggs had an outstanding $150.00 warrant for his arrest. Riggs was arrested on his warrant and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial. He was issued a criminal summons for driving with a suspended license and given a mandatory court date in the Palmer District Court.
Feb. 6 AST conducted a traffic stop on the Palmer Wasilla Highway near N Golden Hills Drive for a traffic violation. AST contacted the driver who displayed signs of possible alcohol impairment. A subsequent DUI investigation revealed Margie Macauly-Waite age 60 of Talkeetna was operating under the influence of alcohol. Macauly-Waite was remanded to Mat-Su pretrial where she was later released on her own recognizance.
Feb. 6 AST received a report of disturbance at a residence on Onondaga Street in Palmer. AST responded to the scene and contacted Shawn McNerney, age 23 of Palmer. Investigation revealed that Shawn placed a family member in imminent physical injury by words or other conduct. Shawn was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded and held without bail.
Feb. 5 AST received a report of a stolen vehicle in the area of Shamrock Drive and Hollywood Drive in Wasilla. AST located the vehicle at a residence on Bel Aire Drive. AST contacted Colton Renfro, age 27 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Colton having no right to do so, towed the vehicle to his residence with the intent to keep the vehicle. AST also recovered the stolen plates and the vehicle title. Colton was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded and held without bail.
Feb. 5 Alaska State Troopers received a report of a fight in the area of Sylvan road in Meadow Lakes. Troopers responded and investigation revealed that 38-year-old Jason Booth of Noatak had intentionally damaged the property of a household member. Jason also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Violating his Conditions of Release for the original charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree and Violating Conditions of release. Jason was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on his warrant as well as a new charge of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree.
