PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT
April 8, PPD issued a summons to 40-year-old Troy Holzheimer of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2.
April 10, PPD issued a summons to 33-year-old Keith Duncan of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2.
April 11, 50-year-old Susan Fouch of Palmer reported her daughter’s vehicle was stolen from Palmer High School.
April 12, PPD arrested 40-year-old Brett Michaels of Palmer for Theft 2. Michaels was taken to MSPT without bail.
April 13, PPD arrested 55-year-old Timothy Harris of Palmer for Assault 4, Criminal Mischief 5, and Interfering with a Domestic Violence Report. Harris was taken to MSPT without bail.
April 14, PPD cited 19-year-old Alexander Sandson of Palmer for Driving in Violation of Instruction Permit.
April 14, PPD arrested 27-year-old Tazlina Harker of Palmer on a $50 FTA warrant on the O/C of Criminal Trespass 2. Harker was taken to MSPT.
ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
April 11 at 5:05 p.m., AST arrested 23-year-old Skyler Brocker of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant on the O/C of Exposure 2. Brocker was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.
April 11 at 1:32 p.m., AST with the CSU and SDEU responded with Palmer Patrol to a residence on South Parks Highway in Talkeetna to serve a DVPO to 52-year-old David McNease of Talkeetna. McNease returned to the residence after being served the DVPO to get a rifle. Troopers retreated from the area but McNease called 911 and threatened to shoot the train next to his property, passing motorists, or anyone on the property. The threats effected train and school bus service in the area, and members of the SERT team and HELO 3 responded. McNease exited his residence and was taken into custody after a short stand-off and taken to MSPT without bail.
April 11, The Breadcrumb Deli in Wasilla was burglarized. Palmer Police assisted in providing an address for Ricky Brossow, Jr., who stole multiple items from the Deli after hours. Brossow was arrested and charged with Burglary, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Criminal Mischief and Theft on April 12 and taken to MSPT without bail.
April 11 at 6:30 p.m., AST arrested 50-year-old William Langevin of Wasilla for Assault 4 (DV) and after Troopers responded to a disturbance off Starlight Lane in Wasilla. Langevin was taken to MSPT without bail.
April 13 at 9:33 a.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Zachary Beasley of Wasilla on outstanding warrants when Beasley was walking into the roadway on Helen Lane in Wasilla. Beasley became combative when Troopers attempted to arrest Beasley and fled on food. Trooper K-9 Skippy and WPD assisted with taking Beasley into custody on his warrants for Theft 4, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. Beasley was taken to MSPT and held pending arraignment on charges of Assault and Resisting Arrest.
April 13 at 2:20 a.m., AST arrested 54-year-old Denis Richards of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant for FTA. Richards was stopped near the Parks Highway and South Hermon Road in Wasilla and taken to MSPT on $250 bail.
April 13 at 2:04 a.m., AST arrested 19-year-old Corey Holsclaw of Wasilla for Trespassing and MCA. Holsclaw was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
March 14 at 3:00 a.m., AST arrested 25-year-old Skyler Marsh of Wasilla on two outstanding warrants for Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 4. Marsh was taken to MSPT.
April 14 at 1:45 p.m., AST arrested 44-year-old Daniel Dufford at a residence on Marth Road in the Butte. Dufford had warrants for FTA on the O/C of DUI and two charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Dufford was taken to MSPT and held on the warrant with 10 days to serve.
March 14 at 4:11 a.m., AST arrested 20-year-old Mary Augustine of Wasilla following a disturbance on Fraser Drive in Wasilla. Augustine was arrested on two counts of Assault 4 and one count of Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.
April 15 at 7:05 p.m., AST attempted stop 37-year-old Nathan Klinger of Anchorage as he was leaving MSRMC in a 2019 white Kia Optima. Klinger fled for 14 minutes traveling over 115 mph through Wasilla and up Knik Goose-Bay Road and was eventually undone by a PIT technique from AST in a rural neighborhood. Klinger was wanted on outstanding federal no-bail warrants and additionally charged with state felonies following the high-speed chase. Investigation continues and additional charges are expected.
April 15 at 7:53 a.m., AST arrested 29-year-old Dana Wilson of Wasilla on two $5,000 warrants stemming from the events of an incident on September 28, 2018 where Wilson had fled the scene. Wilson was arrested on charges of Assault 3 and Leaving the Scene of and Accident without rendering aid.
April 14 at 11:54 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Mischel Landlord of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant. Landlord was taken to MSPT on $100 bail.
April 14 at 10:34 p.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Tyler Jack of Wasilla at a residence on Mockorange Circle in Wasilla. Jack was taken to MSPT without bail on charges of Criminal Mischief 5 (DV).
April 15 at 3:36 p.m., AST arrested 22-year-old Skyler Brocker was found with a stolen Yamaha Motorcycle near Caribou Street in Wasilla where the motorcycle was taken from. Brocker assisted in pushing the motorcycle back to the roadway to the victims truck and was then arrested for Vehicle Theft 1 and Theft 2 and taken to MSPT.
April 16 at 11:16 a.m., AST and the Palmer CSU arrested 33-year-old Walter Erickson of Wasilla on North Pittman Road in Wasilla after Erickson stole a vessel and broke into buildings on the property and stole items. Erickson was taken to MSPT on $5,000 bail.
April 16, AST and the Palmer CSU arrested 43-year-old Randy Keel of Palmer after a report was filed on March 21 at 3:43 p.m., that Keel had broken into a property on East Knik River Road multiple times and stole over $25,000 in property. Keel was taken to MSPT without bail.
April 17 at 6:24 p.m., AST arrested 41-year-old Destiny Stark of Sutton for attempting to steal uncer $250 of items from Three Bears in Palmer. Stark also had an outstanding arrest warrant for Theft 4, and was taken to MSPT on $100 bail with an additional Theft 4 charge.
ALASKA DIVISION OF FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY
April 16 at 2:59 a.m., two Alaska State Fire Marshals responded from Anchorage to a structure fire in Big Lake where an occupant received serious burns to more than 50 percent of their body. Investigation is ongoing.
