WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT
November 24 at 2:00 p.m., WPD arrested Sharon Toa for Assault 4 near Wasilla Fishhook Road and Carpenters Circle following a report of a male and female fighting.
November 25 at 4:50 a.m., WPD arrested Pavel Budnik on counts of Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief 3, Criminal Mischief 3, Felony Eluding, Violating a Domestic Violence Protective Order (two counts), and Reckless Endangerment. Budnik was reported on Holiday Drive parked in front of a residence with hazard lights on, doors open, blaring music.
October 26 at 6:15 p.m., WPD arrested Dorothy Widner for DUI after being reported as a dangerous driver. Widner was taken to MSPT on $1000 cash bail.
October 26 at 9:20 p.m., WPD arrested Aaron Westlake for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence near Knik Goose Bay Road and Eagle Eye Circle. Westlake was taken to MSPT.
November 27 at 8:45 p.m., WPD arrested Trevor Catterson on charges of MICS 5 after stopping a vehicle that had possibly been stolen. Catterson was a passenger and failed to declare his handgun to officers. Charges were forwarded to the DAO.
PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT
November 26, PPD arrested 28-year-old Michael Jimenez of Palmer for Assault 4. Jimenez was taken to MSPT without bail.
November 28, PPD responded to a disturbance where one person was stabbed and taken to the MSRMC with non-life threatening injuries and two others were treated for minor injuries. No charges were filed.
November 28, PPD arrested 22-year-old Chet Brewi of Seward for False Information and a $5,000 warrant for FTA on the O/C of Criminal Trespass 1. Brewi was taken to MSPT.
November 28, PPD arrested 30-year-old Michelle Meganack of Anchorage for Assault 4 and Theft 4. Meganack was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.
November 30, PPD arrested 34-year-old Marielle Tyone of Palmer for Robbery 1 and Assault 2. Tyone was taken to MPST without bail.
November 30, PPD arrested 42-year-old Aaron Smith of Wasilla on a $500 warrant for DUI. Smith was taken to MPST.
December 1, PPD forwarded charges to the Palmer DAO on 28-year-old Jesse Romero of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2.
ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
November 28 at 9:31 p.m., AST arrested 23-year-old Zackery Cornelius-Vincent of Wasilla for Vehicle Theft 1, Theft 2, and Criminal Trespass 1 and taken to MSPT. AST received a report of a stolen vehicle from the Tesoro in Big Lake.
November 30 at 12:08 a.m., AST arrested 51-year-old Shayne Street of Wasilla had an outstanding arrest warrant and had assaulted someone and caused property damage. Street fled on foot and was apprehended and taken to MSPT without bail.
December 1 at 10:47 p.m., AST arrested 25-year-old Rachel Fisher of Houston for DUI and taken to MSPT where she was released O/R. Fisher was following an AST vehicle too close at Mile 55 of the Parks Highway in Houston.
December 3 at 1:40 a.m, AST forwarded charges of Assault 4 (DV) on Michael Mackey of Wasilla following an assault between roommates on Fairview Loop in Wasilla.
December 2 at 5:38 p.m., AST forwarded charges to the DA on 29-year-old Anthony Coletti of Wasilla, who fired a weapon from a moving vehicle and put residents in fear for their safety near Three Bees Road in Wasilla.
December 3 at 5:12 p.m., AST responded to a burglary off Oakwood Drive in Palmer and located a suspect just after midnight on December 4. With assistance from WPD, AST arrested 18-year-old Nathaniel Hale of Wasilla, 18-year-old Austin Terry of Wasilla, and two 17-year-old’s were taken to DJJ after admitting to breaking a glass door and stealing guns, cash, alcohol, and household items from an unoccupied house. All but two of the stolen firearms were located, and Hale was found to have a firearm with the serial numbers destroyed. Hale was arrested on charges of Burglary 1, Theft 2, MIWS 3, and Criminal Mischief 3 and taken to MSPT without bail. Terry was arrested for Burglary 1, Theft 2, and Criminal Mischief 3 and taken to MSPT without bail. The juvenile found with Hale and Terry was arrested on charges of Burglary 1, Theft 2, and Criminal Mischief 3 and taken to DJJ. The fourth male involved was found at 5:30 a.m., and charged with Burglary 1, Theft 2, and Criminal Mischief 3 and charges were forwarded to DJJ.
December 2 at 2:28 p.m., AST arrested 48-year-old ronald Franklin of Big Lake for two counts of Assault 4 (DV) and Criminal Mischief 4 (DV) following an assault near Halston Street in Big Lake. Franklin was taken to MSPT without bail.
ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS
November 30 at 1:30 p.m., AWT received a report that sometime between 9:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m., someone cut locks on an enclosed tractor trailer and stole a generator and diving gear worth approximately $3,800 from a North Theodore Drive in Meadow Lakes.
