ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

May 16, AST received a report that a 15-year-old Male had sexually abused a minor on a school bus. The minor was interviewed at the The Children’s Place and surveillance video corroborated the minor’s statement. Charges for SAM 4 were forwarded to the DJJ.

May 29 at 1:29 p.m., AST received a report that $9,000 in jewelry had been stolen from a residence near mile 10 of Knik Goose-Bay Road.

May 29 at 10:23 p.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Michael Padgett Jr., of Wasilla following a report of a burglary on O’Brien Creek Drive. Padgett Jr., was also in violation of Pre-Trial Supervision release conditions and was taken to MSPT on charges of Burglary 2, Theft 4 and VCOR.

May 30, AST arrested 63-year-old Howard Erkers of Wasilla for Assault 4 following a disturbance on Big Rock Drive in Wasilla. Erkers was taken to MSPT without bail.

May 30, AST arrested 40-year old Mary Walluk of Wasilla on two active warrants after Walluk’s vehicle broke down at the intersection of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and Seward Meridian Parkway. Walluk’s warrants were for FTA on the O/C of Theft 3 on January 15 and FTA on the O/C of Theft 3 and Trespass 2 on February 15. Walluk was taken to MSPT on $300 cash bail.

May 30 at 10:15 a.m., AST with the Palmer Judicial Services contacted 46-year-old Robert Cripe after receiving a Crime Stoppers tip. Cripe was taken to MSPT on a FTA warrant on the O/C of DUI. Cripe was held on $500 cash/corporate bail.

May 30 at 2:15 p.m., AST arrested 42-year-old Mark Wood of Wasilla on an outstanding arrest warrant following a traffic stop near the Parks Highway and Pittman Road. Wood was taken to MSPT on $250 cash bail.

May 30 at 10:28 p.m., AST arrested 46-year-old Terry McCoy-Parish of Wasilla for DUI following a single vehicle collision on Shrock Road near Shadow Circle. McCoy-Parish was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

May 30, AST received a report that someone stole two hanging flower pots from the White Fields Church on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. The church provided a video clip of the suspects in a red four-door vehicle. On May 31, AST received information from PPD identifying the suspects. AST responded to Josh Drive in Palmer and contacted the suspects with PPD assistance. AST obtained a warrant and searched the vehicle of 28-year-old Jordan Goracke of Palmer who was with 35-year-old Kristine Brown of Palmer. Goracke was arrested on warrants for FTA on the O/C of Burglary 1, FTA on the O/C of theft 4 and Disorderly Conduct, FTA on the O/C of Theft 4, and FTA on the O/C of Theft 3. Goracke was taken to MSPT on $25,000 bail and Criminal Trespass 2 charges were forwarded to the DAO for both Goracke and Brown.

May 31 at 12:00 p.m., AST received a report that 30-year-old Steven and 22-year-old Baylee stole the wallet of someone near a church on Bogard Road and Peck Street. The suspects had received aid in acquiring food and then charged $500 on a credit card from the wallet they stole.

May 31 at 5:10 p.m., AST with the CSU pursued 27-year-old Cory Hoel of Wasilla on a dirt bike for approximately 11 minutes through residential areas. Hoel failed to stop at multiple stop sighs, drove 60 mph in 25 mph zones and drove on the wrong side of traffic. K9 Skippy eventually apprehended Hoel after he fled on foot. The dirt bike had been reported stolen and Hoel was also VCOR on a separate charge of no insurance. Hoel was taken to MSRMC for a minor injury sustained by K9 deployment and subsequently taken to MSPT without bail.

May 31 at 8:24 p.m., AST arrested 24-year-old Tazlina Clifford of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 1 and Theft 4 after Clifford was reported shoplifting at Three Bears on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway after having previously been trespassed from the property. Tazlina was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

May 31 at 8:51 p.m., AST arrested 36-year-old Andrea Hill of Wasilla for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment after Troopers responded to a disturbance on Kinsington Avenue in Wasilla. An intoxicated Hill shoved one trooper and spit in another Trooper’s face and was taken to MSPT where she was released O/R.

June 1 at 10:31 p.m., AST arrested 56-year-old Paul Humpal of Wasilla for DUI after responding to a disturbance near Misty Lake road. Paul was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

June 3 at 2:25 a.m., AST responded to a report of a burglary on Casey Drive in Big Lake. Investigation revealed that two males had broken a window and entered the building.

June 2 at 6:20 a.m., AST received a report of someone firing a weapon near Meadowood Drive in Houston with four other individuals on the roadway.

June 2 at 8:11 a.m., AST received a report that someone stole $2,000 worth of items from Greensward Drive in Wasilla within the last hour.

June 2 at 11:27 a.m., AST responded to Trinity Avenue in Wasilla for a report of individuals attempting to steal batteries from vehicles in the area.

June 2 at 12:00 p.m., AST received a report that sometime in the last 10 days, $500 in items were taken from a residence near Rains Drive in Big Lake.

June 2 at 12:54 p.m., AST received a report that sometime in the last week, $2,400 was stolen from a residence in the area of Marge Drive in Wasilla.

June 2 at 4:19 p.m., AST received a report that sometime in the last month, $2,000 in items were taken from a residence on Scatters Way in Wasilla.

June 2 at 4:45 p.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Andrew Shiver of Big Lake following an altercation on West Lakes Boulevard in Big Lake. Shiver was taken to MSPT on two counts of Assault 4 (DV).

June 2 at 4:58 p.m., AST received a report of a burglary on West Lynne Lake Road in Willow. Investigation revealed someone broke in and caused approximately $620 in damages.

June 3 at 3:20 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Grant Jennings of Palmer following a disturbance near East Archie Road in Palmer. Jennings had an outstanding warrant and was taken to MSPT on $10,000 cash appearance bail.

June 3 at 8:15 a.m., AST arrested 36-year-old Chad Oukrop of Palmer for VCOR. Oukrop contacted the defendant in an ongoing case and was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 3 at 5:59 p.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Michael White of Anchorage for Theft 4 and Probation Violation at Three Bears on Knik-Goose Bay Road in Wasilla. White was trespassed from all Three Bears locations for life and taken to MSPT without bail.

June 3 at 7:56 p.m., AST arrested 36-year-old Andrea Hill of Wasilla for Criminal Trespass 1 following a suspicious circumstances near the Parks Highway in Wasilla. Hill was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

June 3 at 8:08 p.m., AST received a report of $7,000 in damages and $7,000 in stolen items from a commercial property on Machen Road in Wasilla.

June 3 at 11:03 a.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Dustin Peters of Wasilla on an outstanding arrest warrant following an investigation near Vine Road and Jess Avenue in Wasilla. Peters was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 4 at 12:29 p.m., AST received a report that someone had punched a hole in a gas tank on North Williwaw Way in Wasilla causing $1,000 in damage and siphoned five gallons of fuel.

June 4 at 8:04 p.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Drumbarger of Wasilla for Felony DUI and Refusal to provide a breath sample near mile 8 of Knik-Goose Bay Road. Drumbarger was taken to MSPT without bail.

PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT

May 29, PPD forwarded charges of Vehicle Theft 1 to the DAO for 28-year-old Chris Mosley of Palmer.

May 29, PPD arrested 19-year-old Andrea Cullington of Wasilla for Criminal Trespass 1 and theft 4. Cullington was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

May 29, PPD issued a summons to 20-year-old Candace Sandvikhurt of Wasilla for Theft 4.

May 29, PPD issued a summons to 22-year-old Christopher Perry of Palmer for Theft 4.

May 30, PPD arrested 23-year-old Josephine Archuleta of Palmer for Assault 2, Attempted Assault 2, and Assault 3 on a Police Officer. Archuleta was taken to MSPT without bail.

May 31, PPD arrested 31-year-old Mary Baxter of Palmer for Assault 4. Baxter was taken to MSPT without bail.

May 31, PPD issued a summons to 26-year-old Elijah Boos of Palmer for DUI.

June 1, PPD arrested 28-year-old Brian Pinckley of Houston on a FTA warrant on the O/C of MICS 4. Pinckley was taken to MSPT.

June 1, PPD arrested 61-year-old Holden Conover of Palmer for Assault 4. Conover was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 2, PPD arrested 29-year-old Amanda Aslakson of Wasilla on a $500 Escape warrant. Aslakson was taken to MSPT.

June 2, PPD arrested 23-year-old Lars Shepard-Weber of Palmer for DUI. Shepard-Weber was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

June 2, PPD arrested 37-year-old Rachel Shaver of Eagle River for DUI. Shaver was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

June 2, PPD arrested 30-year-old Mary Mortenson of Bethel for Harassment 2. Mortenson was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 2, PPD arrested 20-year-old Michael Spratt of Palmer for Attempted Murder 1 and Assault 1. Spratt was taken to MSPT without bail.

WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT

May 27 at 10:34 p.m., WPD arrested 22-year-old Dylan Jordan of Anchorage who had caused a disturbance on East Neil Circle in Wasilla. Jordan had locked himself inside a vacant apartment and was taken to MSPT for Probation Violation and Trespass 2.

May 28 at 9:30 a.m., WPD arrested Jace Fesler of Wasilla at the Holiday Gas Station on North Boundary Street. Fesler had allegedly threatened Holiday employees and attempted to walk into traffic to avoid apprehension. Fesler was taken to MSPT on charges of Disorderly Conduct.

May 29 at 5:40 a.m., WPD arrested Kevin Jackson of Anchorage at Carl’s Jr. Jackson refused to leave and was taken to MSPT on charges of Criminal Trespass 2.

May 29 at 11:05 A.M., WPD received a report from a City of Wasilla Public Works employee who reported that someone had caused $3,000 worth of damage to a storage shed at the Bumpus Soccer Fields.

May 30 at 12:27 a.m., WPD arrested John Cloyes III after he was reported violating DVPO on East Neil Circle in Wasilla. Cloyes III was not located after WPD searched the area and charges are being forwarded to the DAO.

May 30 at 5:00 p.m., WPD received a report of a counterfeit bill being passed at Dairy Queen.

June 1 at 1:59 a.m., WPD arrested Garrison Marshall for DUI and three counts of MIWS 4 after WPD stopped Marshall for an expired registration. Marshall was taken to MSPT.

June 1 at 4:08 p.m., WPD charged Michael Evans with Assault 4 (DV) following a disturbance at the Yenlo Apartments. Charges will be sent to the DAO.
