ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
July 11, 38-year-old Joseph Lorenzen of Anchorage was indicted by a Palmer grand jury for Felony DUI following a DUI on Big Lake on July 6.
July 12 at 2:29 p.m., AST in Fairbanks arrested 53-year-old William Croft of Palmer for DUI and VCOR at mile 330 of the Parks Highway. Croft was taken to FCC and his vehicle was impounded.
July 17 at 7:23 a.m., AST attempted to arrest 30-year-old Joseph Kronbach of Eagle River after he was repeatedly asked to leave Three Bears in Palmer and refused. Kronbach assaulted and spit on a Trooper while resisting arrest and was taken to MSPT on charges of Assault 4 on a LEO, Harassment 1, Criminal Trespass 2, Concealment of Merchandise, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct and held on $500 bail.
July 17 at 4:56 p.m., AST received a report of a dangerous driver and arrested 34-year-old Terry Phillips-Tomlinson of Fairbanks for DUI near the Holiday gas station on Mile 49 of the Parks Highway. Phillips-Tomlinson was additionally charged with Refusal and taken to MSPT on $500 cash bail.
July 18 at 7:46 p.m., AST arrested 55-year-old Gregory Franklin of Anchorage for Assault 3. AST responded to a reported disturbance off Gold Bullion Boulevard in Palmer and fled, but was later located in Anchorage. Franklin was taken to MSPT.
July 18, the USCG contacted the AST in reference to an overturned vessel near Point Mackenzie. The AWT responded via ATV but were unable to locate any vessels in distress. On July 19, AWT searched via helicopter and the SAR was concluded as unfounded.
July 19 at 9:46 p.m., AST in Glennallen arrested Hector McConkey for VCOR by consuming alcohol and violating his curfew in Copper Center. McConkey was taken to the Glennallen Trooper post.
July 20 at 8:44 p.m., AST arrested 42-year-old Erin Kennedy of Wasilla for an outstanding warrant on the O/C of Theft 2. Kennedy was taken to MSPT without bail.
July 20 at 10:45 a.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Tucker Blackmore of Wasilla who had stolen approximately $50 in items from the Holiday Gas Station near Pittman Road before fleeing AST. Blackmore additionally had an outstanding warrant for Parole Violation. AST additionally contacted 27-year-old Troy Brown of Wasilla who also had an active arrest warrant for FTA on the O/C of Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Brown was arrested and taken to MSPT on $100 bail.
July 20 at 11:38 p.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Matthew Knapp for DUI. Knapp was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
July 21 at 2:34 a.m., AST arrested 49-year-old Abigail Hammond of Wasilla for DUI and one count of MIW. Hammond was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
July 21 at 8:18 p.m., AST responded to a motor vehicle collision near mile 66.5 of the Seward Highway. AST discovered 50-year-old Carolyn Andrus had lost control of her Harley Davidson motorcycle when a semi-truck crossed over the center line, ejecting Andrus and causing her to be transported to Providence for non life-threatening injuries.
July 21 at 11:45 a.m., AST in Glennallen arrested 40-year-old Michael Steigleman of Anchorage for DUI. Steigleman was taken to the Glennallen AST post.
July 21 at 3:00 p.m., State Parks Rangers at Byers Lake contacted 62-year-old Richard Wilkinson of Georgia in a stolen car at the Byers Lake Campground near mile 147 of the Parks Highway. AST responded and arrested Wilkinson for Vehicle Theft 1 and Theft 2. Wilkinson was taken to MSPT.
July 22 at 2:45 a.m., AST arrested 48-year-old Ryan Letorneau of Talkeetna following a disturbance on Long Branch Street in Talkeetna. Letorneau had an outstanding arrest warrant for FTR on the O/C of DUI. and was taken to MSPT with three days to serve.
July 22 at 10:30 a.m., AST received a report of someone stealing a five-gallon can of gasoline from the front yard of a residence on Sun Valley Drive in Palmer. Packages were also missing from the mailbox.
July 22 at 11:20 p.m., a VPSO in Glennallen arrested 29-year-old Benjamin Feicht for DUI.
July 22 at 11:35 a.m., AST received a report that between 9:00 p.m., on July 21 and 11:00 a.m., on July 22, someone stole a black 2016 Chevy Silverado truck from the Park & Ride on Trunk Road.
July 22 at 4:29 p.m., AST received a report of $200 in damage done to a shed,a $400 trail camera and a 1990 Dodge Dakota stolen from a property on Hasty Road in Trapper Creek.
July 22 at 4:30 p.m., AST issued a misdemeanor citation to 36-year-old Rachelle Jester of Palmer for DWLS. Jester was released from the traffic stop with a licensed driver in Palmer.
July 22 at 6:30 p.m., AST arrested 52-year-old Randy Marcrum of Soldotna on an outstanding warrant on the O/C of DUI on Knik River Road in Palmer. Marcrum was taken to MSPT and additionally charged with MICS 5 and Promoting Contraband 1 after he was found in possession of methamphetamine at MSPT.
July 22 at 6:46 p.m., AST and a Glennallen VPSO arrested 23-year-old Craig Craig for Assault 2, Interfering with the Report of a DV crime and Criminal Mischief 5 following a report of disturbance in Copper Center.
July 22, AST took a report of $1,000 in stolen copper wire from North Snow Goose Drive in Wasilla at about 1:00 p.m. on July 21.
July 22 at 11:13 p.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Damian Geanoulis of Palmer following a disturbance on the South Old Glenn Highway. Geanoulis was taken to MSPT on a charge of Criminal Trespassing 1 (DV).
July 22 at 11:20 p.m., a VPSO in Glennallen arrested 29-year-old Benjamin Feicht for DUI after he was operating an ATV in a dangerous manner.
July 23 at 5:00 a.m., AST arrested 23-year-old Mose Falaniko of Big Lake for Vehicle Theft 1, Criminal Mischief 3 and Criminal Trespass 1 after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle from Norcross Street in Big Lake. Falaniko was taken to MSPT without bail.
July 23 at 8:45 a.m., AST received a report of a theft of a wheel barrel by a white male wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans, backwards hat and a backpack on West Beaver Road in Big Lake.
July 23 at 9:49 a.m., AST received a report that someone drilled a hole in the gas tank of a company van at Togowoods Girl Scout Camp in Wasilla. The gas theft occurred between 3:00 p.m., on July 22 and 9:00 a.m., on July 23.
July 23 at 2:15 p.m., AST arrested Anthony Blandino on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation near Caudill Road in Palmer. Blandino was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.
July 24 at 12:45 a.m., AST arrested 27-year-old Lindzi Vanderbie of Houston on two arrest warrants for FTA and VCOR off Donnybrook Drive in Houston. Vanderbie was taken to MSPT on $1,250 bail.
ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS
June 26, AWT in Palmer issued a $270 citation to 37-year-old Timothy Johnson of Wasilla after he had inadvertently obtained a 2018 hunting license at the end of last year. Johnson had taken a brown bear without a valid license and was issued the citation in Palmer Court.
July 2, AWT in Chitina issued 68-year-old Bruce McComsey of Sutton $120 for failure to mark personal use fish as required.
July 13, AWT on the Little Susitna River in Houston contacted 48-year-old Jarrod Taylor of Anchorage after a vehicle he was driving became stuck in the river. Taylor was issued a mandatory appearance summons in Palmer Court for operating a motor vehicle in an anadromous waterway.
July 18, AWT in Soldotna issued a $220 citation to Giovani Armpriest of Wasilla for not having a valid sport fish license while personal use dipnet fishing.
July 20, AWT in Dillingham arrested 35-year-old Mihey Basargin of Wasilla on an arrest warrant for refusal to allow Troopers to board and inspect his commercial fishing vessel. Basargin was taken to the Dillingham Jail on $250 bail.
July 20, AWT in Soldotna cited 41-year-old Dutchy Inman of Wasilla $120 for failure to record fish.
July 20, AST patrolling the Kenai City Docks issued a $120 citation to 24-year-old Priscilla Frankson of Wasilla for failure to log fish.
July 21, AWT in Valdez cited 22-year-old Dawson Hoffman of Glennallen $140 for possessing an overlimit nonpelagic red snapper rockfish.
PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT
July 15, PPD arrested 24-year-old Danielle Donn of Palmer for Concealment of Merchandise and Assault 4. Donn was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.
July 15, PPD arrested 32-year-old Casey Donn of Palmer for Assault 4, two counts of Criminal Trespass 2, VCOR and Promotion of Contraband 1. Donn was taken to MSPT on $1,000 bail.
July 15, PPD arrested 24-year-old Jimmy Leopold of Wasilla on a $500 FTA warrant on the O/C of Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 5. Leopold was taken to MSPT.
July 16, PPD arrested 61-year-old Harold Bartko of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2 and VCOR. Bartko was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
July 18, PPD arrested 23-year-old Tristen Balthazore of Wasilla for MICS and Probation Violation. Balthazore was taken to MSPT without bail.
July 19, PPD issued a summons to 25-year-old Dock Jones III of Palmer for DLWS.
July 19, PPD issued a summons to 40-year-old Danielle Johnstone of Palmer for Theft 4.
July 20, PPD issued a summons to 51-year-old Vincent Lombardo of Palmer for DWLI.

July 15 at 8:50 p.m., WPD issued a summons to Stephanie Henry for DWLI following a traffic stop on the Parks Highway and Deskas Street.
July 16 at 5:04 a.m., WPD forwarded charges to the DAO for Sally Sanculi for DWLI following a traffic stop.
July 16 at 12:05 p.m., WPD received a report that a Honda weed eater was stolen from the Brett Ice Arena.
July 16 at 11:07 p.m., WPD forwarded charges to the DAO for Zachary Morgan for DWLI following a traffic stop.
July 17 at 11:20 p.m., WPD arrested 40-year-old Alaina Theissen of Anchorage following a report of suspicious activity on South Knik-Goose Bay Road. Theissen was taken to MSPT for Parole Violation.
July 18 at 12:54 p.m., WPD arrested Kali Zander after she was reported asleep at the wheel of her vehicle near Sportsman’s Warehouse in Wasilla. Zander was taken to MSPT for DUI and MICS.
July 18, WPD issued a summons to 38-year-old Melissa Schacle of Wasilla for DWLS following a two vehicle MVA on the Parks Highway and Deskas Street.
July 18 at 10:26 p.m., WPD arrested 33-year-old Tobias Sandberg of Anchorage for DUI after he provided a .089 PBT. Sandberg was taken to MSPT.
July 19 at 4:16 p.m., WPD arrested Daniel Doran for DUI and MIWS 4 following a report of a man stumbling into a vehicle at Nunley Park. Doran was taken to MSPT on $500 cash bail.
July 19 at 6:06 p.m., WPD arrested Kaleb Finch for DWLR after they stopped Finch for a broken taillight. Finch had his license revoked from a previous DUI and was taken to MSPT.
July 19 at 10:23 p.m., WPD arrested James Werlein on an active arrest warrant following a traffic stop. Werlein had failed to register as a sex offender and was additionally charged with Reisisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct and taken to MSPT.
July 20 at 3:47 a.m., AST arrested Falina Orloff for DUI after she provided a .099 on the Datamaster. Orloff was taken to MSPT with her second DUI.
