September 11 at 10:20 a.m., AST received a report of a Massey Ferguson 1805 tractor and a John Deere 2640 yellow tractor were stolen from a residential property on Petersville Road in Talkeetna.

September 11 at 6:07 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Nicholas White of Palmer on an active warrant. White had numerous FTA warrants and was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

September 12 at 8:06 a.m., AST arrested 30-year-old David Keene of Willow. Keene was taken to MSPT.

September 12 at 1:24 p.m., AST arrested Jason Boswell of Wasilla following a disturbance on Beverly Lakes Road in Wasilla. Boswell was charged with Assault 3 and Criminal Mischief 3 and taken to MSPT without bail.

September 12 at 1:39 p.m., AST arrested 20-year-old Laura Troutman of Wasilla following a disturbance on Lockley Loop in Wasilla. Troutman was charged with Criminal Mischief 5 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

September 12 at 10:23 p.m., AST arrested 38-year-old Jason Dixon of Houston following a traffic stop near the Parks Highway and Hawk Lane in Houston. Dixon was arrested for DUI and taken to MSPT where he was released O/R.

September 13 at 10:11 p.m., AST arrested 50-year-old Elora Knipe of Big Lake following multiple 911 disconnects with a disturbance in the background near West Jojoba Road in Big Lake. Knipe was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

September 14 at 3:47 p.m., AST arrested 47-year-old Christopher Chudofsky of Wasilla for DWLR. Chudofsky was additionally charged with MICS 5 after controlled substances were found on Chudofsky’s person. Chudofsky was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

September 14 at 11:44 p.m., AST responded to Colleen Street in Palmer and arrested 39-year-old Tracy Derr of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2 and Disorderly Conduct. Derr was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

September 15 at 1:43 a.m., AST responded to a motor vehicle collision on the Parks Highway north of Trunk Road in Palmer and arrested 22-year-old Alcinia Freytag of Anchorage for DUI. Freytag was taken to MSPT and relesed O/R.

September 15 at 4:53 p.m., AST arrested Curtis Parker following a welfare check on Earl Drive in Wasilla. Parker was charged with MIWS 4 and Disorderly Conduct after creating a hazardous condition for investigating Troopers and taken to MSPT.

September 15 at 5:35 p.m., AST arrested Beau Bishop at Three Bears on Palmer Highway. Bishop was charged with Concealment of Merchandise and MICS 5 and taken to MSPT.

September 15 at 6:17 p.m., AST arrested 23-year-old Noah Humphrey of Palmer following a disturbance on Kianna Avenue in Wasilla. Humphrey was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

September 16 at 10:19 a.m., AST arrested 23-year-old Jamie Guttierrez of Wasilla on an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of Vehicle Theft 2. Guttierrez was taken to MSPT on $500 cash bail.

September 16 at 7:45 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Matthew Nelson of Wasilla following a report of a dangerous driver. Nelson failed to stop on Knik-Goose Bay Road and used a short burst of OC after pinning Nelson at the intersection of the Parks Highway and the Palmer-Wasilla Highway in Wasilla. Nelson was medically cleared and taken to MSPT on charges of FTS 2, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.

September 16 at 8:00 p.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Geannette Skiles of Big Lake on an outstanding warrant for VCOR on the O/C of MICS 5 following a traffic stop near Hollywood Road and Vanamanita Lane in Wasilla. Skiles was taken to MSPT on $500 cash performance bail.

September 17 at 12:35 p.m., AST arrested 29-year-old Christopher Schliesing of Wasilla on an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of DUI. Schliesing was taken to MSPT on $200 cash bail.

ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS

September 8, AWT in Tok cited 43-year-old Jason Corgill of Tok $270 for hunting without a license.

September 9, AWT in Mat-Su issued a summons to 62-year-old John Kellie of Wasilla who had harvested a caribou in GMU 13A after the close of the season.

September 9, AWT in Mat-Su issued a summons to 25-year-old Wil Hallstrom of Anchorage for taking a cow caribou during closed season in GMU 26B

September 9, AWT in Mat-Su issued a summons to 35-year-old Pacheco Cruz of Wasilla for taking a sub legal bull moose in GMU 14.

September 14, AWT in Tok cited 45-year-old Brian Johnson of Tok $170 for failure to validate his permit immediately after harvesting a moose.

September 16, AWT in Palmer issued citations to 41-year-old Donald Brooks of Wasilla for taking a sub legal moose and taking over limit of moose in Eureka. Brooks self reported taking a moose 2.9” under the legal limit near Eureka and mistakenly wounded an unseen cow moose behind the bull he was shooting at. Brooks salvaged and donated the meat of both animals.

September 17, AWT in Tok cited 60-year-old Gary Kramer of Wyoming after he reported taking a moose 9” under the legal limit in GMU20E.

September 18, AWT from Mat-Su West cited 31-year-old Rebecca Martinez of Palmer $120 for Fail to Return Hunt report for her caribou hunt.

WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT

September 9 at 9:44 a.m., WPD issued a criminal citation to Colten Lind following a single vehicle collision off the Parks Highway for DWLI and expired registration.

September 9 at 3:00 p.m., WPD arrested 36-year-old Ronald Bedner of Virginia for VCOR following a harassment report on East Danna Avenue. Bedner was taken to MSPT.

September 10 at 7:59 p.m., WPD forwarded charges to the DAO on James Barnes for DWLI following a two-vehicle accident on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and Knik-Goose Bay Road.

September 5 at 2:24 a.m., WPD arrested Jamie Summerstill following a disturbance. Summersill was charged with Criminal Mischief 5 (DV) and taken to MSPT.

September 12, WPD arrested 33-year-old Velvet Fox of Wasilla for Criminal Trespass 1 and Theft 4 at Target. Fox was taken to MSPT.

September 13, WPD arrested 51-year-old Jack Alcorn of Anchorage following a report of suspicious activity at Walmart. Alcorn was in possession of a stolen vehicle and arrested for Vehicle Theft 1 and additionally charged with Probation Violation from a prior Vehicle Theft. Alcorn was taken to MSPT.

September 12 at 8:55 p.m., WPD arrested Eric Hulon for DWLS and VCOR following a traffic stop. Hulon was taken to MSPT.

September 13 at 10:38 p.m., WPD arrested Nicholas Jamison-Smith for MICS 3 at Wasilla High School. Jamison-Smith was taken to MSPT.

September 13 at 11:31 p.m., WPD cited 24-year-old Justin Wilson of Big Lake for expired registration, no valid driver’s license and DWLI. Additionally, Wilson was charged with MICS 5.

September 14 at 12:45 a.m., WPD arrested Kevin Peterson following a traffic stop near the Mugshot Saloon in Wasilla. Peterson was taken to MSPT on charges of Felony DUI, Probation Violation and False Information.

September 14 at 4:36 a.m., WPD arrested 28-year-old Gregory Bemberger of Anchorage for an equipment violation and arrested for DUI after he provided a breath sample of .134. Bemberger was taken to MSPT and charged with DUI through the DAO.

September 14 at 9:08 p.m., WPD received a report of a dangerous driver traveling against oncoming traffic and arrested Carl Conditt for DUI. Conditt provided a .222 breath sample and was taken to MSPT.

September 14 at 9:17 p.m., WPD stopped Samual Derosset for an equipment violation. Derosset was arrested for DLWR and taken to MSPT.

PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT

September 9, PPD arrested 37-year-old Harold Billum on a $1,000 warrant for Probation Violation on the O/C of MICS 4, DWLR, DWLI, and DUI. Billum was taken to MSPT.

September 9, PPD arrested 39-year-old Damien Craig of Anchorage for Hindering Prosecution 1. Craig was taken to MSPT without bail.

September 9, PPD issued a summons to 22-year-old Darla Posey of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 1, 2, and Theft 4.

September 9, PPD arrested 32-year-old Shay Hall of Palmer on a $100 FTA warrant on the O/C of Criminal Mischief 5. Hall was taken to MSPT.

September 10, PPD forwarded charges to the DAO for Violating a DVPO on 42-year-old George Jarrett of Wasilla.

September 10, PPD issued a summons to 33-year-old Jesse Cannon of Palmer for DWLI.

September 10, PPD arrested 42-year-old Nathan Spurlin of Anchorage on a $359.19 warrant on the O/C of Trespass, Vehicle Tampering and Theft. Spurlin was additionally charged with MICS and taken to MSPT.

September 12, PPD arrested 49-year-old Scott Gage of Wasilla on charges of Criminal Trespass 2, DLR and Resisting Arrest. Gage was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

September 12, PPD arrested 29-year-old Kyle Neeley of Anchorage on a $150 FTA warrant on the O/C of Removal of Merchandise. Neeley was taken to MSPT.

September 13, PPD arrested 22-year-old Lorenda Mitchell of Kotzebue for Criminal Mischief 5 and FFR. Mitchell was taken to MSPT without bail.

September 14, PPD arrested 63-year-old Jerome Trovati of Hawaii for DUI. Trovati was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

September 15, PPD arrested 26-year-old Jaylyn Naehu-Townsend of Wasilla for DLR, Resisting Arrest and Assault 4. Naehu-Townsend was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

September 15, PPD arrested 25-year-old Kyle Nunley of Sutton for Removal of Alcohol from Licensed Premises. Nunley was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
