Alaska State Troopers

November at 4:33 a.m., Fairbanks AST received a report of a collision involving a semi truck at mile 322 of the Parks Highway. Healy based Troopers assisted Fairbanks AST and 34-year-old Cord Weiman of Wasilla was issued a misdemeanor citation for Failure to Give Immediate Notice of an Accident with a Nenana court date. The accident occurred at 3:29 a.m., and damaged 119 feet of guardrail. The Parks Highway was closed due to the accident for approximately 15 minutes and limited to one lane for two hours.

November 28 at 4:10 p.m., AST arrested 46-year-old Richard Hoffman of Palmer following a disturbance on Angus Loop in Palmer. Hoffman was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

November 28 at 7:32 p.m., AST arrested 47-year-old Craig Lowry following a disturbance on White Fox Circle in Wasilla. Lowry was charged with two counts of Assault 4 and taken to MSPT without bail.

November 29 at 3:08 a.m. AST arrested 51-year-old Joel Pulver of Wasilla for DUI following a report of a vehicle in the ditch near mile 76 of the Parks Highway in Willow. Pulver was taken to MSRMC and released O/R.

November 29 at 9:43 a.m., AST arrested 42-year-old Russell Amos while attempting to serve a separate arrest warrant. Amos had an outstanding warrant for FTA on the O/C of DLWR and was taken to MSPT on $150 bail.

November 29 at 2:37 p.m., AST arrested 32-year-old Summer Kocean of Houston onPrince Charming Drive on two active warrants for FTA on the O/C of Violating a DVPO and Violating a Court Order in relation to a DVPO. Kocean was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

November 30 at 9:44 a.m., AST arrested 55-year-old Robert Collins of Wasilla while attempting to serve a separate arrest warrant. Collins had a warrant for FTA on the O/C of DUI from Anchorage and was taken to Anchorage Pretrial on $300 bail.

December 1 at 3:45 a.m., AST arrested 24-year-old Patric Thistle on two active warrants following a traffic stop in Wasilla. Thistle was taken to MSPT.

December 1 at 11:10 p.m., AST cited 24-year-old Jared Mayer of Wasilla for DWLR following a traffic stop on near Church Road and Mission Hills Drive in Wasilla.

December 2 at 1:15 a.m., AST arrested 29-year-old Chase Miller of Talkeetna for DUI following a traffic stop on Talkeetna Spur in Talkeetna. Miller was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

December 1 at 3:03 p.m., AST received a report of $200 in damage to an RV at a residence on South Sweetie Pie Street in Wasilla.

December 2 at 5:33 p.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Amber Briggs of Big Lake following a report of trespassing at Three Bears on Pittman Road in Wasilla. Briggs had an active warrant for VCOR on the O/C of Felony DUI and was additionally charged with Criminal Trespass 2. Briggs was taken to MSPT without bail.

December 2 at 7:08 p.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Jacob Melton and 34-year-old Brittany Melton of Wasilla who were turning themselves in at the Palmer Police Department. Jacob Melton had warrants for four charges of Fraudulent use of a stolen device, five charges of FUAD and seven charges of Theft 2. Brittany Melton had warrants for four charges of Fraudulent use of a stolen device, three charges of FUAD, two charges of unauthorized use of an access device and seven charges of Theft 2. Both Jacob and Brittany Melton are held at MSPT on $50,000 cash bail.

December 3 at 10:42 a.m., AST received a report of theft of a military A-bag with issued training chemical suit and gas mask from the Trunk Road Park and Ride in Palmer between November 30 and December 1.

Alaska Wildlife Troopers

November 21, Tok Wildlife Troopers cited 57-year-old Robert Mahon of Klamath Falls, OR $170 for harvest ticket not in possession; failing to validate.

November 22, Tok Wildlife Troopers cited 60-year-old Aaron Anderson of Page, AZ $170 for harvest ticket not in possession; failing to validate.

November 27, Tok Wildlife Troopers cited 29-year-old Brett Garvey of Wasilla $170 for harvest ticket not in possession; failing to validate.

December 3 at 4:30 p.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Justin Jacobsen of Wasilla on three outstanding warrants totaling $950. AST had been given false information by Jacobsen while AST was trying to identify subjects of a suspicious call near Dimond Avenue in Wasilla. Jacobsen was taken to MSPT.

Palmer Police Department

November 25, PPD arrested 41-year-old Kristian Hartvigson of Palmer for DUI. Hartvigson was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

November 26, PPD arrested 35-year-old Ivan Christiansen of Anchorage for Assault 4. Christiansen was taken to MSPT without bail.

November 26, PPD arrested 22-year-old Darla Posey of Palmer for VCOR and Criminal Trespass 2. Posey was taken to MSPT.

November 26, PPD arrested 37-year-old Xcenia Inga of Anchorage on a $20,000 warrant for FTC with Conditions of Probation on the O/C of Felony DUI. Inga was taken to MSPT.

November 27, PPD arrested 38-year-old Shane Madsen of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2, Concealment of Merchandise and VCOR. Madsen was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

November 28, PPD arrested 46-year-old Justin Meadows of Palmer for DWLR and DWLI. Meadows was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

November 29, PPD arrested 42-year-old Eric Moses of Palmer for Assault 2. Moses was additionally charged with Probation Violation and taken to MSPT without bail.

Wasilla Police Department

November 25 at 3:22 p.m., WPD received a report of a counterfeit bill being passed from First National Bank.

November 26 at 12:34 a.m., WPD arrested Bernt Bishop on an active arrest warrant following a security check at Walmart. Bishop was taken to MSPT.

November 26 at 5:00 p.m., WPD cited Brittany Dolechek following an attempted theft at Walmart. A charge of Criminal Trespass 2 is being forwarded to the DAO.

November 27 at 3:38 a.m., WPD issued Carlton Tarkington a criminal summons for DWLS from previous DWLS convictions.

November 27 at 11:00 a.m., WPD charged 43-year-old Kelly Morehouse with DWLI to the DAO.

November 27 at 7:08 p.m., WPD issued a criminal summons to Hillarie Sweeden for Criminal Trespass at Value Village.

November 28, WPD forwarded charges of violation of a DVPO on 29-year-old Diedre Fike of Wasilla.

November 28 at 5:16 p.m., WPD forwarded charges of Criminal Trespass 2 to the DAO for 21-year-old Dimitry Averyanov at Walmart.

November 28 at 8:56 p.m., WPD forwarded charges of Criminal Mischief 5 to the DAO for Vanessa Rumfelt following a disturbance on Yenlo Street.

November 29 at 12:54 a.m., WPD forwarded six counts of violating a DVPO to the DAO for 29-year-old Diedre Fike.

November 29 at 5:07 a.m., WPD cited Brianna Levy for driving without a license following a two vehicle collision on the Parks Highway.

November 29 at 2:17 p.m., WPD arrested Trenton Ballot for DUI and DWLR following a traffic stop on the Parks Highway for a Ford F-150 without license plates. Ballot was taken to MSPT.

November 30 at 4:51 p.m., WPD forwarded a charge of Theft 4 to the DAO for Lydia West following a report of shoplifting.

November 30 at 8:40 p.m., WPD forwarded charges of Trespass 2 on Destini McGhi following a report of trespassing at Walmart.

November 30 at 11:11 p.m., WPD issued a summons to Nicole Elliot for DLWR following a traffic stop on Boundary Street.
