June 26 at 5:55 p.m., AST issued a summons to 34-year-old Megan Soczka of Wasilla for Theft 4 after Soczka was stopped leaving Three Bears on Pittman Road in Wasilla with items she did not pay for. Soczka was trespassed from all Three Bears locations.

June 26 at 6:00 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Seth Row-Button of Wasilla near the Parks Highway and Stanley Road. Row-Button was in a stolen vehicle and taken to MSPT on charges of Vehicle Theft 1, two counts of Theft 4, Theft 3, and MICS. The passenger, 26-year-old Jaon Pedersen of Kodiak had an outstanding arrest warrant. Pedersen was taken to MSPT on $750 cash bail.

June 26 at 6:17 a.m., AST arrested 21-year-old Mary Delkettie of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant. Delkettie was taken to MSPT on $250 cash bail.

June 26 at 6:18 a.m., AST arrested 51-year-old Jeffery Tomes of Anderson following a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the woods off the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. Tomes was on pre-trial conditions to not consume alcohol and registered a PBT of .323. Tomes was taken to MSPT for VCOR.

June 26 at 6:48 p.m., AST arrested 40-year-old Chester Wilson III of Wasilla near Deshka Landing in Willow. Wilson was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

June 26 at 11:48 p.m., AST arrested 42-year-old Lottie Oleman of Wasilla for Harassment 1 on West Shirley Ann Circle in Wasilla and was also VCOR on a pending Criminal Mischief 5 charge. Olemaun was taken to MSPT.

June 27 at 2:23 a.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Letisha Payne of Wasilla following a disturbance in Wasilla. Payne was taken to MSPT for Assault 4.

June 27 at 7:15 a.m., AST arrested 45-year-old Corey Toews of Wasilla for Failure to Stop at the Direction of a Peace Officer 2. Toews was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

June 27 at 11:37 a.m., AST arrested 40-year-old Monico Comparan of Anchorage at the Palmer Courthouse. Comparan had an outstanding arrest warrant on the O/C of Burglary 1, Vehicle Theft 1, violation of DVPO and Criminal Trespass. Comparan was taken to MSPT.

June 27 at 11:50 a.m., AST with the Palmer Judicial Services arrested 33-year-old Cori Smith of Wasilla for an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of Assault 4 (DV). Smith was taken to MSPT on $1,000 cash/corporate bail.

June 27 at 9:15 a.m., AST arrested 52-year-old Anna Ivanoff of Wasilla for Violating Conditions of Release by engaging in Unlawful Contact 1. Ivanoff was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 28 at 9:13 a.m., AST with the Palmer Judicial Services contacted 49-year-old Bruce Marshall of Eagle River for a warrant at the Palmer Courthouse. Marshall’s warrant was for FTA on the O/C of DUI and he was arrested and taken to MSPT on $1,000 cash/corporate bail.

June 28 at 2:23 p.m., AST arrested 21-year-old Malcolm Johnson of Grovetown, GA for ASsault 4 (DV) near the North Parks Highway in Trapper Creek. Johnson was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 28 at 11:45 p.m., AST chased 32-year-old Jesse Russell of Wasilla on a brief pursuit on Chancelor Drive in Wasilla. Russell was taken to MSPT on charges of DUI, Failure to Stop at the Direction of a Peace Officer 2, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

June 29 at 2:46 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Jonathan Astengo-Siller of Wasilla following a report of a disturbance on West Margin Way in Wasilla. Astengo-Siller was charged with Criminal Mischief 5 for damaging property and taken to MSPT.

June 29 at 5:01 a.m., AST responded to the Valley Country Store on Bogard Road and discovered that 30-year-old Jamie Kohlmeier of Wasilla had rammed a security company vehicle and attempted to run over the security officer. Kohlmeier fled in a Mitsubishi SUV and AST was assisted by WPD. Kohlmeier attempted to ram a WPD car after flipping a U-turn and then attempted to ram an AST car at high speeds, missing merely by feet. Kohlmeier then sped north on the Parks Highway at speeds of 100 MPH to Northshore Drive, where the pursuit ended when three law enforcement vehicles were able to pin the vehicle in a private drive. Kohlmeier was uncooperative with verbal commands and ultimately tazed before being taken to MSPT on charges of Failure to Stop at the Direction of a Peace Officer 1, four counts of Assault 3, three of which were Assault on a LEO charges, two counts of Criminal Mischief 3, Criminal Mischief 4, Reckless Driving, two counts of action of an operator after collision, two counts of VCOR, Reckless Endangerment and Disorderly Conduct.

June 29 at 8:08 a.m., AST received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Johnson Road in Wasilla. AST discovered 22-year-old Dallan Barney of Wasilla actively loading stolen property into his vehicle and was arrested for Burglary 1 and five counts of Theft 2 and taken to MSPT without bail.

June 29 at 9:44 p.m., AST responded to a suspicious circumstance on North Pittman Road in Wasilla and arrested 33-year-old Michael Hegener of Wasilla for an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of Improper Use of Registration/title/plates. Heneger was also on pretrial monitoring for Assault 2 and 4 and was found in possession of controlled substances. Heneger was taken to MSPT on two charges of MICS 4 and VCOR.

June 30 at 5:17 a.m., AST arrested 38-year-old John Cadiente of Wasilla for Assault 4 (DV) and MICS 4. Cadiente was taken to MPST without bail.

June 30 at 10:36 p.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Daniel Draveling of Talkeetna on three outstanding warrants for probation violation on the O/C of Assault 3, FTA for a change of plea hearing, and VCOR on the O/C of Assault 4. Draveling was taken to MSPT without bail.

July 1 at 2:13 a.m., AST arrested 47-year-old Jeremy Ickes of Talkeetna on an outstanding arrest warrant. Ickes was taken to MSPT on $200 cash appearance bail or release after five days.

July 1 at 8:45 a.m., AST issued two misdemeanor citations for Criminal Trespass 1 and Criminal Mischief 5 to 23-year-old Calvin Wiggins of Palmer for cutting a lock on a generator on East Browns Avenue in Palmer.

July 1 at 5:52 p.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Vanessa Gittlein of Wasilla for DUI after responding to a single vehicle collision near Wasilla Fishhook Road and Olga Circle. Gittlein was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS

June 8, AWT cited 57-year-old Kenneth Morse of Wasilla $120 for failure to possess an approved fire extinguisher on his power boat

June 19, AWT in Egegik issued a citation to 71-year-old Gerold Gugel of Chugiak and a 16-year-old juvenile male from Palmer for Commercial Fishing in Closed Waters in the West Boundary of the Egegik District.

June 29 at 9:00 p.m., AST and AWT responded to a reported assault inside a vehicle in Kasilof. AWT arrested 39-year-old Daniel Derr II of Wasilla for Assault 4 (DV) and transported Derr to Wildwood Pretrial.

June 1, AWT issued a citation to 34-year-old Anthony Mateev of Wasilla for operating within 60 fathoms of a set gillnet outside Main Bay in the Eshamy District in Prince William Sound.

PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT

June 25, PPD arrested 29-year-old Jarrod Freeman of Palmer for Assault 4. Freeman was taken to MSPT without bail.

June 25, PPD arrested Kelsey Munholland on a $50 FTA warrant on the O/C of MICS 4. Munholland was taken to MSPT.

June 25, PPD arrested Brian Pinckley on $200 in warrants for FTA on the O/C of MICS 4 and Theft 4. Pinckley was taken to MSPT.

June 25, PPD arrested 21-year-old Evan Lambert of Palmer on a $20,000 warrant for probation violation on the O/C of Theft 2. Lambert was also charged with Assault 3 and MIWS 3 and taken to MSPT. PPD forwarded charges of Theft 4 and Criminal Trespass 1 to the DAO for Lambert on June 27.

June 28, PPD received a report from 80-year-old Henry Blatchford of Palmer that someone had used his credit card to make $450 in fraudulent payments on an online social media account.

June 28, PPD arrested 38-year-old Bradford Cave of Wasilla on a $100 FTA warrant on the O/C of VCOR. Cave was taken to MSPT.

June 28, PPD arrested 32-year-old Johnathan Pinckley of Wasilla on a $50 FTA warrant on the O/C of Criminal Trespass 2 and MICS 4. Pinckley was also charged with Reckless Driving and Criminal Trespass 2 and taken to MSPT.

June 30, PPD arrested 38-year-old Christina Musick of Wasilla for DUI. Musick was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

June 30, PPD arrested 26-year-old Elijah Boos of Palmer on two counts of Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 5. Boos was taken to MSPT without bail.

WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT

June 12, WPD received a report that $1,700 in items were stolen from a tool box on a Ford F250 at Kendall Ford sometime during the night of June 7.

June 26 at 2:00 a.m., WPD pulled over Tristen Balhazore on an outstanding warrant and discovered drugs during the search. Investigation continues.

June 26 at 6:13 a.m., WPD issued a summons to Haley Hoglund for Reckless Driving at the intersection of the Parks Highway and Church Road.

June 27 at 7:25 p.m., WPD were dispatched to the laundromat on East Westpoint Drive in Wasilla and arrested Charles Mayes on an active arrest warrant. Mayes had dropped a small baggie of methamphetamines and charges of MICS 4 are being forwarded to the DAO.

June 28 at 5:29 p.m., WPD arrested 25-year-old Korby Moorman of Wasilla on four outstanding FTA warrants. Moorman was taken to MSPT.

June 28, WPD issued a criminal summons to Destiny Stark for Theft 4 after responding to a shoplifting in progress at Value Village.

June 29 at 1:58 a.m., WPD arrested William Dodd for DUI after Dodd provided a PBT of .220. Dodd was taken to MSPT.

June 30 at 1:42 a.m., WPD arrested Dakota Troseth for VCOR and DWLR. Troseth was taken to MSPT.
