ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
April 18 at 5:30 p.m., AST arrested 32-year-old Davide Johnson of California for an arrest warrant out of California for violation of parole. Johnson was taken to MSPT with a new Fugitive from Justice charge.
April 18 at 3:32 a.m., AST pursued 21-year-old Maximilliano Gallardo-Torres of Wasilla after he fled on foot during a traffic stop on Copper Creed Road and Tanana Drive in Wasilla. Gallardo-Torres was found and arrested for DUI and taken to MSPT.
April 19 at 11:10 p.m., AST investigated a report of promoting contraband inside the Alaska DOC and determined that 26-year-old Kayde Kemp was found in possession of a controlled substance and charged with Promoting Contraband 1 and 2 counts of MICS 4. An in-custody remand was completed and Kemp was held pending arraignment.
April 19 at 9:20 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old William Crume of Wasilla who had been called in as a dangerous driver near Pittman Road and was arrested for DUI as well as Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. Crume was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.
April 20 at 6:51 p.m., AST along with WPD K9 Echo apprehended 33-year-old James Sullivan of Wasilla on warrants for FTA on the O/C of Promoting Contraband 1 and MICS 4 after he was harbored at a residence on North Willow Drive in the crawl space. Following the ordeal, 61-year-old Edna Nelson of Wasilla, 30-year-old George Ante of Wasilla, 28-year-old VAlerie Ante of Wasilla, and 29-year-old Suzette Weber of Wasilla were arrested on charges of Hindering Prosecution 1 and 2. George Ante had an additional warrant for FTA, Weber originally provided a false name and was found to have an outstanding warrant on the O/C of five counts of Theft 2, five counts of Forgery 1, four counts of Fraud and three counts of Theft 3 as well as an additional charge of Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer. All of the individuals were taken to MSPT.
April 20 at 12:01 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Franklin Carpenter of Palmer who had violated a stalking order. Carpenter was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
April 21 at 2:08 a.m., AST arrested 27-year-old Nathan Johnson of Wasilla for DUI for speeding on the Parks Highway and Clapp Street. Johnson was taken to MSPT.
April 22 at 5:51 p.m., AST arrested 38-year-old James Marcey Jr., of Palmer for DUI after Marcey was called in as a dangerous driver near mile 38 of the Glenn Highway. Marcey was taken to MSPT and released once sober.
April 22 at 10:18 a.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Alison Hooks of Palmer for MICS 4 after Hooks was illegally parked at Walmart. Hooks was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
April 22 at 9:02 p.m., AST arrested 40-year-old Samantha Keller of Willow for DUI after AST received a report that a vehicle had skidded across the intersection on Long Lake Road in Willow and was stuck on private property. Keller was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
April 22 at 12:50 p.m., AST received a report of theft within the last two weeks of multiple items stipped off a Western snow plow from a residence near Mile 70 of the Glenn Highway in Sutton.
April 23 at 9:09 p.m., AST arrested 59-year-old Beverly Datri of Anchorage for DUI and two counts of Assault 2 after Datri was involved in a collision on the Parks Highway near Stanley Drive.
