WASILLA — Five Valley men facing multiple felony charges made another appearance at the Palmer Courthouse. Jeremy Ayay, Kaiden Jimenez, Jeremy Bendt, Michael Kilgo, and Eric Peterson are all currently facing trial for separate cases and all their scheduled trial weeks have been pushed to later dates.

Jeremy Ayay

Jeremy Ayay, 26, of Wasilla, is facing several felony sex offenses involving a minor under 16 years old, including sexual abuse of A minor in the first degree and exploitation of a minor to “make porn,” according to court documents. He’s also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Ayay’s scheduled trial week of Dec. 2 was pushed to Dec. 30 after a pretrial conference Nov. 14, according to online court documents. Ayay’s next court appearance is a pretrial conference scheduled for Dec. 12 with Judge Kristen Stohler residing.

Kaiden Jimenez

Kaiden Jimenez, 18, is facing four felony charges including sexual assault in the first degree, sexual assault in the second degree and assault in the third degree, according to online court documents. Jimenez’ scheduled trial week was pushed from Dec. 2 to Dec. 30 during a pre-trial conference Nov. 15, according to online court documents.

Investigation revealed that Jimenez assaulted and strangled a girl at a local high school, according to an online dispatch published by the Alaska State Troopers. Online court documents indicated the incident occurred on Jan. 22.

Jimenez’ next court appearance is a pretrial conference set for Dec. 13 with Judge Kari Kristiansen residing.

Jeremy Bendt

Jeremy Bendt, 30, of Wasilla, is currently facing trial for two different cases which both involve assault. Bendt’s scheduled trial week was pushed from Dec. 2 to Jan. 27, 2020 during a pretrial conference Nov. 15, according to online court documents.

Bendt facing numerous charges including attempted murder, assault and vehicle theft in one case, according to online court documents. He’s also charged with assault, interfering with report of domestic violence crime, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest in the other case.

Bendt allegedly assaulted and choked a woman unconscious in a Palmer-area cemetery July 22, 2018, around 2:15 a.m., according to court records.

Bendt’s next court appearance is a pretrial conference scheduled for Jan. 10, 2020, with Judge Kari Kristiansen residing.

Michael Kilgo

Michael Kilgo, 50, of Willow, is currently facing trial for the murder of Hattie Labuff-Kilgo, 56, also of Willow, in August of 2018. Kilgo is facing four charges including murder in the first degree, murder in the second degree and tampering with evidence, according to online court documents.

Kilgo’s scheduled trial week was pushed from Dec. 2 to Feb. 24 during a pretrial conference Nov. 15, according to online court documents. His next court appearance is a pretrial conference Feb. 7.

Eric Peterson

Eric Peterson, 35, is currently facing 14 counts of sexual abuse of a minor. Peterson’s scheduled trial week was pushed from Dec. 2 to Dec. 30 during a pretrial conference Nov. 15, according to online court documents.

Peterson’s offenses span from 2015 to 2019, according to online court documents.

His next court appearance is Dec. 13 with Judge Kari Kristiansen residing.
