Taegge David Lee

Taegge David Lee was born on November 19, 1999, to David J. Lee and Julie Taylor in Palmer, Alaska, and passed on in Talkeetna on July 14, 2021. Taegge was raised in Wasilla where he attended Cottonwood Elementary, Teeland Middle School and Colony High School. Taegge developed a complex propensity for the arts which brought him to the far reaches of comprehension. He represented through canvas, music and other mediums and valued special friendships he built over time. “Taegge had a good heart,” his dad states. Taegge loved to travel and did so vivaciously and in style, whether it be roaring through the Alaska Range foothills on snowmachine to a remote lake, or across the globe to Bali for a visit. Prior to when he passed on, Taegge was working full time as a flight coordinator at his father’s air service. He recently finished dispatching the mountain climbing season with precision and he was very popular with the clientele. Taegge’s casual fashionable style and kind and thoughtful demeanor made him a noticeable presence at the Talkeetna Airport.

In addition to the maternal relatives documented in a recent obituary, Taegge left the following family who loved him and will always miss him; Aunt Pam Braun of Forest Lake, MN and cousins, Summer Benoit and family and Chris Lorey and family, Aunt Sue and Uncle Mike Pagh of Edina, MN and cousins, Adam Pagh and family and Stephen Pagh and family, Uncle Dan and Aunt Renee and cousin, Josh Lee of Scandia, MN and cousin, Jason Lee and family, Aunt Janet Lee of Florida, Uncle Robert Lee of Minneapolis, MN and cousins, Ali Lee and Shaina Lee, Uncle Don Lee and Aunt Lynette Stull of Talkeetna and cousins, Andy Lee and Missy Lee and cousins, Cara Durr and Jessica Durr, special Aunt Jody Fitzgerald, Uncle Kevin Fitzgerald and cousin, Patrick Fitzgerald, sister, Lindsie James, brother-in-law Cody James and family, sister, Sophie Farrington, brother-in-law, Codie Farrington and family, dedicated stepmom Holly Sheldon Lee and sister, Tilly I. Geiger.
