Questions about stimulus checks

To the editor:

I was so thrilled to hear about the Covid Relief checks. I didn’t receive mine, like many a soul out there, and I diligently called every number, visited every website, Still I haven’t a clue how to receive it. If you guys haven’t written about info on how to receive check, would you please write a small insert about this in your paper? I promise if I receive this check, I will give a healthy donation to keep the written word alive. With great respect, was it wise to enlist the IRS to give money?
