Friday, Jan. 29

Kick-off dinner

5 p.m. — quick artist begins

6:30 p.m. — dinner

6:30-7:15 p.m. — quick draw silent auction

7 p.m. — Gold Pan Awards

7:30 p.m. — drawing, Earl Norris Open Sled Dog Challenge

8 p.m. — fireworks display: sponsored by Gorilla Fireworks and

Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union

Saturday, Jan. 30

8-11 a.m. — PTA pancake breakfast

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — blood mobile

10 a.m. — Geocaching /Earl Norris Sled Dog Race

11 a.m. — Frostbite 5k run

11 a.m. — Colony Calypso Steel Drums

Noon — Alaska Celtic Pipe and Drums

Noon — K9 dog pull

Noon — kids’ games

1 p.m. — Teeland Middle Jazz Band

1 p.m. — outhouse race, sponsored by Willow Billies of Alaska

1:30 p.m. — kids’ sled dog race

2 p.m. — American Tribal Fusion Belly Dance

7 p.m. — bingo, $1,000 purse
