Jabber got her name because, volunteers say, she likes to talk. She was one of more than 100 dogs seized from a Montana Creek breeder in January. As such, she is available to take home for just $17. Those same volunteers say she’s come a long way since the shelter took her in and is friendly with people, dogs and cats. Her shelter identification number is A036679.
