Big day tomorrow – Weight Watchers weigh-in! Last week I gained 4/10 of a pound, but I feel confident this week has been better. I’ve been walking for 30-40 minutes every other day and following the points program. It’s very educational to learn how many points are in foods we all eat routinely, without thinking too much about it. For example, one patty of my favorite Jimmy Dean spicy sausage is 5 points. Now I eat 4 links of Morningstar Farms veggie sausage instead for 4 points. Much more food for less points – you can’t beat that!
