A captain was found guilty at a general court-martial of three specifications of sexual assault, in violation of Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The Soldier was sentenced to forfeiture of all pay and allowances, three years’ confinement, and to be dismissed from the service.

A sergeant was found guilty at a general court-martial of two specifications of attempted voluntary manslaughter; two specifications of child endangerment; and one specification of willfully disobeying a lawful order from a superior commissioned officer, in violation of Articles 80, 134, and 90 of the UCMJ. The Soldier was sentenced to be reprimanded; reduced to the grade of E-1; forfeiture of all pay and allowances, 25 years confinement, and to be discharged from the service with a dishonorable discharge.

A specialist was acquitted at a general court-martial of one specification of aggravated assault; one specification of simple assault, and one specification of unlawful entry, in violation of Articles 128 and 134 of the UCMJ.

Memoranda of Reprimand

A sergeant first class received a General Officer MOR for violating a Department of the Army policy.

Eleven Soldiers and eight noncommissioned officers received GOMORs for driving under the influence.

Administrative separations

Eight Soldiers and three NCOs were separated under Chapter 14-12c; Commission of a Serious Offense.

Thirty-five Soldiers and one NCO were separated under Chapter 14-12c(2); Wrongful Use of a Controlled Substance.

Twelve Soldiers and an NCO were separated under Chapter 14-12b; a Pattern

of Misconduct.
