Suzanne Bach Edwards, former fine arts coordinator at Mat-Su College, was recognized on stage during Sonja’s Dance Studio Recital May 2, for her contribution as a community organizer for the new Glenn Massay Theater when it was still a concept.
“Tonight I got to see my great granddaughter (by marriage) perform on the stage! The building is truly an asset to the community, and I am very proud that I got to play a part in its beginnings,” Edwards said.
Suzanne and her husband, Jerry Edwards, live in Wasilla and are active members of the local art community.
