Ha’amonga Tu’ipulotu won the Great Alaskan Baby Race Saturday in Anchorage. The 14-month-old and crawled his way to victory at the Alaskan Airlines Center during halftime of the UAA Lady Seawolves Division II college basketball game against Western Oregon. Ha’amonga earned the prize of round-trip tickets on Alaska Airlines. Providence Medical Center sponsored the event. Ha’amonga was featured on the jumbo screen for the competitor spotlight.
