Four additional COVID-19 cases in the Mat-Su Borough were reported by the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services Sunday.
Of the four, three are in Wasilla and one is in Palmer. That pushed the borough total to 14, with eight in Wasilla and six in Palmer. Five of the eight in Wasilla are local contact cases, according to the state.
The Valley cases were among 15 new COVID-19 cases announced Sunday. There were five additional in Anchorage, three in Fairbanks, one in Juneau and also one in Ketchikan. The state total is at 272.
There were no new deaths of hospitalizations reported Sunday. The number of recovered cases in Alaska is now at 66.
