Alaska Dog and Puppy Rescue’s annual Santa Paws Photo fundraiser is from noon to 4 p.m., Dec. 8.
Each year Alaska Dog and Puppy Rescue supporters bring their four-legged friends to have their photo taken with Santa Paws.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the injured, abused and abandoned dogs and puppies.
This year ADPR is very excited that Santa is able to take time out of his busy schedule to visit its brand new facility at 1675 Winding Brook Lane in Palmer, across from the Mat Valley Creamery.
During the open house, guests can have their photos taken with Santa, tour the new facility, meet some of the volunteers and foster dogs, and enjoy refreshments.
Santa also will visit Paw Prince, located on Huffman and Old Seward, from 2 to 6 p.m., Dec. 9 and at Petco on Dimond, from 11 to 4 p.m., Dec. 15.
