Alaska State Troopers (AST) and the Alaska Office of Children Services (OCS) is asking for the public's help in locating a missing four-year old.
AST reports Charlie Martin of Wasilla is believed to be with her father, 57-year old Wasilla resident Raymond Martin. AST investigators said Raymond Martin failed to relinquish custody of the youngster and OCS has been unable to locate him. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Charlie or Raymond Martin is asked to contact law enforcement immediately or contact Palmer AST at 352-5401.
