Congratulations to Airman Raylene Moore with the 673d Operational Medical Readiness Squadron for being selected as JBER’s Arctic Warrior of the Week!

Moore served as a primary Intensive Outpatient Program technician for virtual IOP programs, ensuring a higher level of socially distanced mental health care for acute patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. She consistently contacted 16 joint-service clients to assess their safety while coordinating their care and facilitating therapeutic groups, securing $59,000 of networked services.

Additionally, Moore served as a Disaster Mental Health team member by providing psychological first aid and showing a mental health presence for two squadron notifications. Furthermore, she was hand-selected to brief the First Sergeant Symposium, educating 36 additional duty 1st Shirts on Mental Health, ADAPT and Family Advocacy services.

Lastly, Moore has oriented two new technicians, assisting with training on 46 Career Field Education and Training Plan tasks and helped solved future manning concerns by training an additional technician on her duties. Moore’s dedication, guidance and aptitude in the flight has earned her two squadron Caught in the Action recognitions within the month.

The AWOW is an award highlighting JBER’s top performing Airmen.
