A shelter staffer has dubbed this fine orange-and-white tom cat “Dopey,” not because he isn’t a smart guy, but he because of his comic face. The good-natured shorthair also has just half a tail. He a big fellow, was brought in as a stray June 22 and needs a home soon. He is about 4 years old.
