Organizers are hoping for at least five people in order to offer the class from 1 to 3 p.m., Tuesdays from March 11 to April 15 at the Mat-Su Senior Services, 1132 S. Chugach St., in Palmer.
Topics covered include healthy eating, relaxation techniques, managing fatigue, low-impact exercising, managing medications, problem-solving, goal-setting and working with your health professional.
