PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT

ACCIDENTS

Dec. 9, W. Evergreen Ave. and S. Dimond St.: Corey S. Jenson, 19, Palmer, and Danielle F. LaFrance, 68, Palmer, were in a wreck. No injuries.

Dec. 12, Chugach St. and Industrial Way: Andrew R. Heustess, 23, Chugiak and Kathleen M. Thornlow, 59, Palmer, were in a wreck. No injuries.

Dec. 12, Glenn Hwy. and Inner Springer Lp.: Timothy R. Anderson, 54, Chugiak, hit a vehicle driven by Christian F. Bulard, 18, Wasilla.

Dec. 13: Kali T. McCafferty, 18, Wasilla, collided with a vehicle being driven by Kevin C. Lindfors, 18, Wasilla. No injuries.

WARRANTS

Dec. 9: Larry J. Martin, 22, Palmer, was arrested on a $100 warrant for FTA on a NVOL charge.

Dec. 10: Brittany R. Johanson, 24, Palmer, was arrested on a $200 warrant for contempt of court through failure to satisfy community work service on a theft charge.

Dec. 10: Jessica A. Daniels, 26, was arrested on a $1,500 warrant for FTA in court on a DWLR charge.

Dec. 10: Krista J. Spurlock, 27, Palmer, was arrested on a no-bail warrant with three days to serve in jail for FTA in court on a PTRP. Original charge: harassment.

Dec. 12: Joshua S. St. Clair, 35, Palmer, was arrested on a $10,000 warrant for assault and theft. The warrant stipulates he needs to find a third party to watch him before he can be let out of jail.

ASSAULT

Dec. 9: Sheila R. Frazier, 54, Anchorage, was arrested for assault. No bail set.

THEFT

Dec. 11: James M. Segerson, 38, Wasilla, was arrested for burglary, theft and criminal mischief. Bail: $2,500.

Dec. 11: A 63-year-old Wasilla man reported that someone attempted to fraudulently cash a check belonging to him at a Palmer bank.

Dec. 13: Jessica Rae Rockefeller, 36, Palmer, was arrested on charges of vehicle theft and MICS. No bail set.

Dec. 14: Steven J. Meier, 41, Palmer, was charged with vehicle theft.

DWLS

Dec. 14: Olga J. Karlsen, 57, Palmer, was summonsed for DWLS.

DEATH INVESTIGATION

Dec. 14: Steven D. Coleman, 58, Palmer, was found to have died of natural causes.

ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

DUI

Dec. 13, 10:43 p.m., Parks Hwy. and Blondell Dr.: Ivan Kolomeychuk, 25, Wasilla, drove his Chevy Express van into the ditch. Charge: DUI, probation violation. No bail set.

TRESPASSING

Dec. 11, 6 p.m., Wasilla: Vladislav Bogomolov 34, Wasilla, was arrested at a home he had been previously ordered not to return to. He was jailed for trespassing.

ASSAULT

Dec. 13, Parks Hwy.: Douglas J. Vanlue, 34, Wasilla, was arrested at a domestic disturbance. Charge: DV assault. No bail set.

Dec. 14, Wasilla: Devin Rudolph, 25, allegedly pulled a gun during an argument and pointed it at 26-year-old male. Rudolph was jailed for DV assault.

DEATH INVESTIGATION

Dec. 13, 9:31 a.m., Parks Hwy in Willow: Paul V. Lucier, 57, Willow, was found to have died. Foul play is not suspected.

THEFT

Dec. 13, 10:55 p.m., Parsons St.: Troopers got a report that someone entered a home unlawfully and stole a gun.

PROBATION VIOLATION

Dec. 14, 10:10 p.m., Seward Meridian Pkwy. near Palmer-Wasilla Hwy.: Shandelle L. Blodgett, 24, Wasilla, was stopped for a moving violation and arrested for allegedly violating her probation. New charge: DWLR. No bail pending arraignment.
