June 13, 6:06 p.m., Gail Road, Wasilla. Troopers continue an investigation into the theft of approximately $600 in tools. Investigation revealed entry was gained into a detached garage. Anyone with information is asked to contact AST at 352-5401 or Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

June 13, 5:41 p. m., South Settlers Bay Drive, Wasilla. Troopers continue an investigation into the theft of a lawnmower, valued at approximately $450, from a private residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact AST at 352-5401 or Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

June 13, 6:45 p.m., Butte. During a follow-up investigation, troopers arrested 31-year old Palmer resident William Olinger on second and fourth-degree assault charges. According to reports, as police approached on foot, they observed Olinger actively assaulting a female family member. Troopers state Olinger caused minor injury to the female by throwing her to the ground, then strangled her until she lost consciousness. He was subdued and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held without bail.

June 14, 1:44 a.m., Williwaw Subdivision, Wasilla. While on patrol, troopers arrested 31-year old Kayleigh Rouse on an outstanding warrant on the original charge of second-degree trespass. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $150 bail.

June 13, 8:34 p.m., Muffin Street, Wasilla. Troopers continue an investigation into a stolen vehicle report. Police are looking for a brown, 1992 Ford pickup with Alaska plate number 1248CW that was stolen sometime between June 11 and the time of the report. Anyone with information on the theft is asked to contact AST at 352-5401 or Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.

June 14, 2:21 a.m., Eagle’s Nest Circle, Wasilla. Responding to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 19-year old Triston Beach of Wasilla for fourth-degree domestic violence assault. Police state Beach recklessly assaulted a family member causing injury. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

June 14, 4:53 p.m., Schulz Road, Wasilla. Conducting a traffic stop for equipment violations, troopers arrested 18-year old Dawson Laporte of Big Lake on an outstanding failure to appear warrant on the original charge of instructional permit violation. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $100 bail.

June 14, 10 p.m., West Stein Drive, Wasilla. Responding to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 30-year old Shawn Ferreira for disorderly conduct and fifth-degree criminal mischief. According to reports, Ferreira destroyed a family member’s property. Further, police stated Ferreira challenged troopers to a physical fight upon their arrival and that alcohol was a factor. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

June 14, 6:07 p.m., Kristofer Lane, Palmer. Investigating a suspicious activity report, troopers arrested 31-year old Dominic Colbert of Palmer for first-degree promoting contraband, second-degree theft and third-degree misconduct involving a weapon. According to reports, Colbert, a felon, was in possession of two stolen weapons and took a controlled substance into jail. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial facility with bail set at $1,750 cash.

June 15, 1:25 a.m., West Overby Street, Wasilla. Responding to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 81-year old Sigurd M. Langnes of Wasilla for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with bail set at $500 unsecured.

June 15, 3 a.m., Glenn Highway, Sutton. Troopers arrested 24-year old Benjamin Sparrow of Sutton for fourth-degree domestic violence assault. According to reports, troopers were on patrol when they were stopped by a female with face injuries. Police report Sparrow had injured the woman during an altercation. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

June 5. Police arrested 22-year old Julian Nation-Perry of Palmer on a $50 warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on original charges of DUI and no liability insurance. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

June 6. Police arrested 36-year old Matt Clermont Oborn of Palmer on an outstanding $200 failure to appear warrant on the original charge of fourth-degree theft. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

June 6. Police issued a summons to 48-year old Susan Elizabeth Henry of Palmer for second-degree criminal trespass.

June 7. Police arrested 32-year old Shane M. Anderson for violating a protective order. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

June 8. Police arrested 47-year old Nichole M. Sherwood of Palmer for driving while license revoked. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where bail was set at $250.

June 8. Police issued a summons to 34-year old Rachelle S. Jester of Palmer for driving without a valid license.

June 8. Police forwarded charges to the district attorney’s office on 26-year old Cody Pound of Palmer for second-degree assault and second-degree hindering prosecution.

June 8. Police forwarded charges to the district attorney’s office on 55-year old Kathleen Hohn for fourth-degree assault.

June 8. Police issued a Summons to 51-year old Ladd Weiland of Palmer for driving while license revoked.

June 8. Police issued a summons to 21-year old Colton R. Renfro of Wasilla for driving without a valid license.

June 9. Police arrested 19-year old Joshua Hausmann of Palmer for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial facility and released on his own recognizance.

June 9. Police arrested 24-year old Joan Pederson of Palmer on a no-bail warrant for failure to satisfy a misdemeanor judgment. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

June 9. Police issued a summons to 20-year old Travis Atkinson of Palmer for driving while license revoked.

June 10. Police issued a summons to 22-year old Curtis Koski of Palmer for driving without a valid license.

June 11. Police arrested 23-year old Charles. M. Leslie of Palmer on a $5,000 probation violation on the original charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
