We were hoping that the name on this puppy’s file — Hans Grubber — was a typo and that he was actually named Hans Gruber, like the villain in that iconic Bruce Willis movie “Die Hard.” Alas, shelter staff said there was a typo, but not the one we were hoping for; his actual name is Hans Gubber, pronounced “goober.” Anyway, he’s a very friendly Labrador retriever, 8 months old and neutered. The cost to adopt him would be about $40. His shelter identification number is A031842.
