Radio Free Palmer has received a $18,200 grant from the Rasmuson Foundation to replace its Sutton transmitter, install a backup generator at the Lazy Mountain site, upgrade its studio microphones and procure some field recording kits. The upgrades are expected to improve the signal quality.
