School Board removes books from curriculum.

Isn't it sad that a few illiterate people can ban books for 17-18 year olds that are classics of 20th century American literature? The reason for having these books in the curriculum of schools in your district is to demonstrate the power of great literature. How anyone can ban the whole opus of 20th century literature (one would assume they are okay with the 19th century) is totally beyond me.
