PALMER — The fifth annual CHAIR-ity Auction event is June 13, following the Colony Days Parade.

The annual auction of artistically decorated chairs created by community members of all ages benefits MY House. All proceeds support homeless youth in the Valley.

Chairs will be displayed at the Gathering Grounds Café in Wasilla June 12 (home to MY House) and in the Colony Days Parade June 13.

Following the parade, the chairs will be auctioned at St. John Lutheran Church (across from the Mat-Su Borough building) during their community picnic at approximately 1:30 p.m.
