Palmer Wine WalkThe Palmer Museum of History and Art is holding the fifth annual Wine Walk, a fundraising event that gets everyone out and about with sips and conversations in between. Wine Walkers are asked to check in at Alaskan Picker Friday, July 10. There are three different start times: 4:30, 6:00, and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $60 and can be purchased in person or over the phone at 907-746-7668. Attendees are asked to wear face masks during the event, and they’re encouraged to bring decorative and colorful coverings to light up the event.

Midsummer Sipping GardenThe Palmer Museum is hosting their Midsummer Sipping Garden fundraising event Saturday from 12 to 6 p.m. Wristbands are $25 and there will be a variety of wines to choose from. For more information, call 907-746-7668

Charity Golf Invitational benefiting The Children’s PlaceThe Children’s Place is hosting their second annual Charity Golf Invitational to raise money for general operations throughout the year.

The event takes place Saturday, July 11 at Settlers Bay Golf Course. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with tee off at 9 a.m. For more information, visit golf4ourkids.org.

11th annual MS Ride for a CureThe CMA Midnight Son Riders and Denali Harley Davidson are hosting the annual MS Ride for a Cure event Sunday, July 12 at 10 a.m. $25 entry fee.

All motorcycles, cars, and trucks are welcome to participate. Search ‘MS Ride for a Cure’ on Facebook for more information.
