Alaska State Troopers are asking for information related to the death of a Hooper Bay woman.
The body of Arnoldine Simone Hill, 26, was found in a pullout near Mile 81 of the Parks Highway near Willow. Troopers say they believe Hill’s body was left sometime between the evening hours of Jan. 8 and the afternoon hours of Jan. 9. AST was notified at about 1:30 p.m. Jan. 9 that a body was found. The death is being investigated as a homicide. Troopers say Hill was last known to be alive Dec. 10, 2020, in midtown Anchorage.
Hill, an Alaska Native woman, was about 4-foot-11 and 150 pounds, with shoulder length dark brown hair. Hill also had a distinctive mole below her lower right lip.
Troopers are asking for any information about Hill, where she was after Dec. 10 and who she may have interacted with. Those with any information can call 907-352-5401.
