WASILLA — Valley Performing Arts’ production of “Clue The Musical” will play Feb. 22 to March 17 at the Fred and Sara Machetanz Theatre, 251 W. Swanson, in Wasilla.
Director Lori Zulliger and her cast of performers will bring this exciting family board game to life. With assistance from the audience, each performance will have the opportunity for 215 different endings.
This popular game becomes a fun-filled musical production that brings the world’s best known suspects to life and invites the audience to help solve the mystery: who killed Mr. Boddy, in which room and with what weapon?
The audience will receive forms to help them deduce the solution from clues given throughout the exciting evening of events, song and dance. Three cards will be drawn at the beginning of every performance, so the play will vary from show to show. One hard-nosed female detective is qualified to carry out the investigation. The set will rotate from room to room with plenty of humor and action.
Tickets are $17 for students and seniors, and $19 for adults.
The final two shows of the VPA’s 37th season are “The Sting,” which plays April 5-21, and “The Beverly Hillbillies,” which plays May 10-26. Reserve seats online at valleyperformingarts.org or purchase tickets by contacting the VPA office at 373-0195.
