The Sparkling Spritz
Yields: 1 cocktail
1½ oz strawberry gin½ oz elderflower liqueur½ oz lemon juice, fresh or bottledChampagne or sparkling wine
In a cocktail shaker, combine strawberry gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a champagne glass and top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
