WASILLA — The Wasilla High School Thespian Society will perform the Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy “You Can’t Take It with You” by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman at 7 p.m., Dec. 13 and 14 in the Wasilla High School Theatre.

The play takes place in New York at the end of the Great Depression. Grandpa Vanderhof has surrounded himself with a quirky family that doesn’t conform to the norm of the 1930s. They are all eccentric except for granddaughter Alice, who has invited her boyfriend and his wealthy family over for dinner.

Filled with great dialogue and hilarious turns and twists, “You Can’t Take It with You” has become one of the most produced plays in America.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students.
