Alaska Native and American Indian youths ages 12 to 14 are invited to sign up to be part of a multi-media web-based summer program from 12:30 to 4 p.m., July 15-19 at Wasilla Middle School.
The sessions are part of a study conducted by the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium about the effectiveness of the online health curriculum.
Food will be provided and youths would participate in one of two multi-media games, “It’s Your Game Curriculum” (relationships and peer pressure) or “Health Science Curriculum” (facts of substance abuse, health education topics; nutrition, hearing).
