102 years for killer

PALMER — Frank Adams will have to live to be more than 100 years old if he ever expects to live life outside of prison.

Friday afternoon, Superior Court Judge Beverly Cutler handed Adams a sentence of 102 years for the 2007 murder of Stacey Johnson, who was found beaten to death in the back of Adams’ hatchback when he was pulled over for drunken driving.

Discounting mandatory time off for good behavior, that translates to 68 years of prison time. Adams is 37 years old.
