2 weeks and counting

I am happy to say that I have just finished my first 2 weeks. Things are going pretty good, but I have noticed that I want to turn to food when I get stressed . It has really been a struggle at times. I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem. And if so, what has been working for you? I want to make this challenge a lifetime commitment to better health so I could really use the help. Thanks for the help and good luck to all of you.
