2012 Iditarod shuttle schedule

People planning to go to the 40^th start of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race are encouraged to use shuttle service to get too and from the Willow Community Center on Willow Lake. Teams beginning leaving at 2 p.m., March 4.

Anchorage

Volunteer tickets $10, spectator/media $20 round-trip. Tickets may be purchased in the lobby of the hotel at the Volunteer Registration desk.

• Buses depart from the Anchorage Millennium Hotel at 8 a.m. Volunteers only, 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

• Buses will depart from Willow Community Center for the Millennium Hotel at 4 p.m.; 5 p.m.; and 6 p.m.

Wasilla

Tickets are $2; children under 12 are free and are available at each site.

• Buses depart from Wasilla High School at 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., noon, 12:15 p.m., 12:30 p.m., 12:45 p.m., and 1 p.m.

• Buses depart from Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center at 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and noon.

• Buses return to WHS and the Menard Center at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Houston

Tickets are $2; children under 12 are free and are available on site.

• Buses depart Houston High School at 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., noon and 12:30 p.m.

• Buses depart Willow Community Center for Houston at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Talkeetna

Tickets are $2; children under 12 are free and are available on site.

• Buses depart Talkeetna Sunshine Restaurant at 11 a.m. and noon.

• Buses depart Willow Community Center for Talkeetna Sunshine Restaurant at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
