WILLOW — A moving violation on a red Ford Carry-all netted four arrests for Alaska State Troopers and a trip to Mat-Su Pre-Trial for the men inside.
Troopers say they conducted a traffic stop on the1992 Ford Carry-all for a moving violation near Mile 71, Parks Highway, Willow around 9 p.m., July 13.
The driver David M. Colby, 33 of Anchorage was on felony probation for Theft II and was in possession of heroin. He was arrested for MICS IV and a probation violation, and was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held without bail, troopers say.
Three passengers in the vehicle also were arrested for active warrants or probation violations.
• Kao S. Saechao, 23 of Anchorage had an active misdemeanor warrant for his arrest for FTA for OWL hearing for the original charge of DWLR. He was arrested for the active warrant and remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held on a $500 bail plus a court appointed third party.
• Are K. Lee, 24 of Anchorage, was on probation for Escape 2nd and MICS IV. He was arrested for probation violations and remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, held without bail.
• Nickquan M. Modeste, 25 of Anchorage, was on probation for failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer. He was arrested for probation violations and remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, held without bail.
