ANCHORAGE — The Wasilla Warriors scored a 69-46 win over the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears during the first round of the ASAA/First National Bank 4A State Basketball Championships at Sullivan Arena in Anchorage on Monday.
With the win, Wasilla moves on to the semifinals and will play Northern Lights Conference rival Soldotna Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.
Senior Cody Pfeifer led the Warriors with a game-high 19 points, while fellow senior Drew Ford added 14 points and six steals.
