The Crimson Bears, looking for their first state title since 2005, earned the 22-15 halftime advantage. Juneau took a 10-4 lead into the second quarter thanks to a 10-point run.
Junior Kelsey Cottle led the Warriors with seven points at the half. She also pulled down five rebounds and blocked a shot.
Senior Skyler Nuss did not play for most of the first half due to an apparent elbow injury.
Taylor Larson and Annette Highley each had eight points during the first half for the Warriors.
