To the editor:
The filing deadline for candidates for Borough mayor and three assembly seats is nearing. Then the political rhetoric will begin. Look behind the forthcoming verbiage to draw your own conclusions of what is fact and what may be fantasy.
If you believe in “government for the people, by the people” you might avail yourself of one or more opportunities to observe what the current assembly is doing for (to) you. Some readily available sources from which you can draw your own conclusions include attending assembly meetings, reading the Frontiersman, or the citizenlobbyist.blogspot.com, or listening to assembly meetings streamed by Radio Free Palmer at FM 89.5.
Note how the candidates (current and future assembly persons) actions truly speak louder than their often shallow words.
