On March 5, Alaska Dog and Puppy Rescue, also known as ADPR, invited Alaskans to take part in a Mardi Gras Bow-Wow Ball at the historic Palmer Train Depot. This event included a delicious New Orleans buffet, festive music, door prizes and a costume contest. In addition to these fun activities, participants also got to enjoy a silent auction, which included many wonderful items.
