A driver involved in a two-car accident is placed on a backboard by Central Mat-Su Fire Department rescue personnel Saturday at the corner of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and East Cottle Loop. The T-bone collision happened around 6 p.m. and sent the driver of a Honda Pilot to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The passenger of the Pilot and four passengers of the sedan, which was pinned underneath the Honda, were not injured.
