I am wondering what is wrong with the valley and why we don’t get better people to represent us.
Look what happened to us: Vic Kohring — jail; Lyda Green — turned into a quitter; and a few other people who really don’t do too much.
Now the election season is in motion and who do we have? We have a Menard who was on the school board — the same school board that allowed our school district to fire the maintenance workers. Have you seen your schools lately? They are dirty and a mess. What is she really going to do but give a rubber stamp to whatever the governor puts in front of her?
I see that as not being real representation. I like the governor, don’t get me wrong, but a state senator representing a district must have her own opinion, not a rubber stamp.
Does anyone in the Valley ever hear from Vic’s replacement, Wes Keller? How is this guy?
What do the democrats give us?
The Valley deserves more and we are getting less. Who do you vote for? Your choice is a nobody or a rubber stamp. Wake up, these people are making decisions that will cost this state millions of dollars and, to be honest, they are not up for the task. We deserve better.
