Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Albert A. Hall, 87, a longtime resident of the Valley, passed away April 18, 2005, at 9:10 p.m.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eunice Hall; two sons, Michael Hall and David Hall, both residents of California; three grandchildren, Michelle Stewart, Shaughnette Hall and David Hall, and one great-granddaughter, Haley Stewart.
Mr. and Mrs. Hall lived in Alaska when it was a territory and made their home here permanently when they retired in 1983. He and his son, Michael, shared the love of dog mushing and he was active in the sport well into his 80s.
His family wrote, "Albert enjoyed life and he will be truly missed."
