On Dec.7, our son, Ryley, 3, was diagnosed with a brain tumor with the help of Ptarmigan Pediatrics. Overnight, we went from Providence Hospital in Anchorage to Portland’s Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) where Ryley had his brain surgery. Ryley returned right before Christmas and was very excited to be home. He was diagnosed early and is recovering quickly with lots of follow-ups, physical therapy and a small chance of tumor regrowth. We would like to thank Ptarmigan Pediatrics and Pemco Corp, our employers, local community and family orientated businesses who provide unbelievable support.
Thanks to Ptarmigan and their clients, through their efforts and with their special Saturday clinic.
With this help and the support of our friends and family we are able to focus all our energy on Ryley and his recovery! Our appreciation goes to all who helped us in our time of need. Thank you from the Harrington family.
